The property is clean. Tea is available as a complement. Bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable. Highly recommended to go this location by taxi.

Location is in the corner. Not easy to get there if drive.

Nice and big rooms with separate bathrooms,

No facility for family suites. That’s I was asked for. We booked for family rooms which they doesn’t have. I came with 3 children and my wife, for children rooms was 5 rooms after our rooms. And for me and my wife they give us 3 separate single beds. No any double bed or queen bed. On the street was very dirty and broken roads. No any facilities for breakfast,

- Relatively clean. - Walkable distance to the haraam (approximately 10 minutes). - Golf-kart available to take you down the hill from the hotel. - Tiled floor.

-The hotel is difficult to find at first. - The hotel looks new, which is positive, however we had some difficulty sleeping because we couldn’t turn the TV off as it turns on automatically when entering the room and the LED lights on the mirror wouldn’t turn off. Also the lights turn on easily when detecting movement. - It would be great if there’s a small mat and slippers outside the bathroom to dry your feet. - One night for 2 beds was 211SR.

The rooms were good, decent. Clean rooms. If you just need a place to stay and sleep. They have a 24 hours golf cart service to drop you on the main road to Haram. From there it is about 10 mins walk.

Location was a tough one. The hotel is uphill and if you are not used to walking uphill it is difficult. However they have the golf car service to makeup for it.

Room

When i asked at the time of booking for the shuttle service they told me it is from hotel to Haram, but in actual it was from hotel to the point from where you have to walk at least 15 mins to reach Haram.

This hotel is new, modern, clean & well maintained. The staffs were very nice & friendly. Specially the Manager Mr. Ehaab was a genuinely good big hearted guy with a welcoming smile on his face. Absolutely value for money. You won’t get better than this with this price range. I always prefer to stay Best Western, Ibis, Holiday Inn- these kind of chain business hotel wherever I go. I was very happy to get a BW hotel in Mecca, relatively close to Haram Sharif.

Only thing I didn’t like was the attitude of their Shuttle Cart drivers. They were clearly not enjoying their duties.

Looks brand new from the inside, room was spacious and staff was very helpful.

Location of property was unknown to taxi drivers, may be the hotel should put up clear directions on the map and website. From Haram only 10-15 minutes walk and the golf car was always available to us to drop off near the Masjid Haram, only 5 minutes from the drop off point

Is a modern new building, very nice rooms and facilities.

The location is at the end of a 500m uphill. There’s a free golf car service to take you up, but it’s not regular. I had to walk it up several times.

The room service and reception staff were helpful. The electric buggy service was essential for compensation for the end-of-street location (which is no downside) if and when the electric buggy was functioning.

The management must train its buggy drivers to protect Best Western's brand image. The service facilitates transporting guests from the end of the street to the main street but it was subject to availability of the service and the condescending attitudes of the drivers. If this experience is managed well it can twice increase your repeat customers. The drivers had condescending behavior and were giving an impression as if they were doing the guests a favor by transporting them which leaves a bad taste on the overall image of the BW offering.

I truly appreciated the service; the hospitality was exceptional! Mr. Ihab (the manager), Mohammed, and the entire front desk team made our stay incredibly pleasant. They were very flexible in extending our checkout time, which was a great convenience for us. They are always available to assist with any questions or requests—absolutely nothing to complain about—this is truly a 5-star customer service experience! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable—thank you so much! Having the 24/7 shuttle service available to take us back to the hotel made our stay and our trips to the Haram much easier. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel, and it will undoubtedly be my go-to hotel every time I visit Makkah, inshaAllah. The value for money is incredible—this place is a hidden gem! Not to mention the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff takes the time to engage with their guests with genuine smiles and kindness. A big thank you to the team at Best Western Makkah!
