It’s very clean and staff are amazing. The furniture is very comfortable. Room service guy was very cheerful and did amazing job. The hotel was calm and very clean. Transportation was available all the time at the hotel and at Al Haram. The market made it easy for us to get our essential needs ( food and medicine ) .

I requested a twin beds room but the room I got had 4 beds ( each 2 were stuck together to make one big bed). This resulted in making the room so tight. It was not easy for me to perform prayers inside the room. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Amazing professional outfit

The location is a tad far but saying that it only takes 25 minutes to reach the Haram, and the walk doesn’t bother me. It’s more to do with the surrounding area and low quality neighbouring hotels being this hotel down. The shuttle bus is okay as it was faster for me to walk than negotiate the traffic in the 2x shuttles needed (it’s not a direct shuttle)

The staff and all the team of the hotel are very friendly and all the time with smile.

The cleaning of the room was not good, but the Hotel took care well. And also Booking you made a mistake you sent the Hotel my booking with 2 breakfasts but the Hotel solved this problem, and I tried to call you nobody answered I sent you messages till now nobody has replied and this issue is not acceptable from my side.

I really liked the way your staff handled my issue of refund. Though I've not yet received the refund but I was assisted with the outstanding customer service by manager Adeeb

Transport from Haram back to hotel. I think this is due to other hujjaj using voco Hotel's transport, making hotel guests get difficulties in transport.

I love the beauty, the neatness , the good scent etc. Above all, I love the serenity, not congested very organised and well spacious. The free bus shuttle to haram is the BEST thing the hotel did to its customers. Voco Hotel you guys are BEST. Insha Allah, I'm coming again and again. The staff are polite and calm especially Saba she is so nice and warm.

I ddnt like the fact that there are no shops close to the hotel. Also, there are no food restaurants near the hotel. One has to use taxi to get to a shop or an eatery.

I loved the neatness of this hotel, how it was always clean and smelling beautiful especially the reception area as soon as you enter the building. The complimentary kahwa and dates were a lovely gesture. And lastly, the breakfast buffet was spectacular and we really enjoyed it.

Sadly the voco bus shuttle on the way back from masjid al haram bus stop was quite distressing at times. Waiting around with young children wasn't ideal and often we had to book our own taxi because my children were upset being pushed and rushed. The bus shuttle on the way to the masjid from hotel was quite smooth and civilised however not always on the way back. And sadly WiFi wasn't always working.

The hotel is designed in a way that there are 8 towers. There are buses that go to haram from the hotel 24/7 where the distance by bus could last somewhere between 7 to 15 mins or 30 mins on a peak hour. It's fairly new, so the rooms are clean, super comfortable, and beautifully designed. Room service is available easily. You won't find a 5 star hotel in Makkah or madinah at this price anywhere near Haram. So it is value for money but at the price of everything else taking up more time of yours. Breakfast didnt give the vibe of a 5 star. It was generous, however, not really a 5 star breakfast. They made fresh pancakes, which was a big win with the kids. If your goal is to give your self and your family a five star treat ONLY, then I suppose go for it. However, if that's isn't the Case then well Book places near Haraam.

It is far away from haram and the bus takes you there but bus shuttle service is also a good 7 to 10 min walk to Haraam and you have to walk even more once you reach Haraam border to get to you kaaba or inside haram so your taking about 30 mins from Voco hotel to get inside haram. The process is hectic and tiring when there are other 4 star options available at lesser or same price but atleast they are near haram and you can pray your 5 times prayer in haram.

Transportation to Haram,wasn't direct, you have to take one bus from hotel to the bus station, then you take another one to Kudi bus station, behind Haram

It is very well maintained, neat and clean and modern facility. House keeping is responsive.

The bus service for Haram is good as far as dropping the guests is concerned. However, on the return trip, the Vococ bus does not pick from Haram. Rather, the guests have to run behind other crowded buses to reach Kudi bus stand from where the Voco bus picks the guests. It is extremely difficult for elderly guests and was a shock to experience. The food rates at the facility were too expensive, beyond my budget, and interestingly, there was no alternate option nearby. The reception or guest service is not up to the mark. It is quite difficult to make them understand simple requests.

Clean. Big buffet for breakfast. Fair distance to haram.

The staff didn’t to anything “extra”. The electricity shut down and we were told to wait, in stead they could have brought some light. We asked for an adapter to charge our phone, but they couldn’t provide (other hotels do). The walls are NOT sound proof, as they write.
