Location is great .. great staff very good breakfast .. rooms clean .. almost everything you would expect in a 5 stars ..

Location! location! location! The location for my elderly mother to take her to Masjid e Nabawi. Loved the woodwork and cozy clean rooms. Exceptionally professional Restraunt staff. Omar, Jehan Ali, Sheikh Asif, and tall guy at live egg. All with genuine, polite, empathtic mannerisms. Although it was costly for breakfast and Lunch,, but I preferred to do so for food safety. Food was ample, fresh with variety. Fresh juice, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee was always available. Abdul Rahman , the duty manager (exceptional individual), and all other staff I interacted on M1 reception were professional, polite, and attentive to guests. Room service was always present on floors, and I had to call them at odd hours as per my Mothers need, and they helped as requested. Door guards on both ends did their jobs attentively, and the new guard was vigilant to ask me to show the hotel card.

Tour operators attendant and server with mustache in restaurant were impolite. Didn't like the attached washroom layout. Too big. The shower, the toilet, and the sink should be at arms length of each other. Needs to have more hand rails for support for elderly guest accessibility and shower should have 'folding wall mounted seat' and an additional hand shower. Side tables were too busy with lamps and cords, which made them be few inches away from wall with potential for stuff to fall behind them. (Suggestion) Incorporate lamps into the headboard and side table flushed to the wall. Reduce the lamp to onebso personal items can be kept on side tables. There is no need for a leather tissue box. It's not practical and takes too much space.

I liked alot the service and the treatment that was given specially during the dinner time from mister Jihan, you are doing great sir. I would like to appreciate his work and service. The house keeping boys on 11th floor did a great job in cleaning and changing the bedding and all perfect and amazing job. I would like to visit again. The best of all was the view . It was amazing.

To be honest the only thing that made me angry was a security guy I don't remember on which gate he was but he kept asking me entrance card everytime.. like come on man how many times will u ask. He got me mad i hope the hotel looks towards it. And even at the reception there is one guy he was so rude with us and other customers.

Excellent Location, Very clean , and spacious bed , it was really a twin bed not single bed as many hotels write twin bed but give single bed. Breakfast was amazing , one should book online as if you book directly from restaurant then it will be very expensive.

This hotel is a gem for its location, very close to the main entrance of haram, right next to the pedestrian food street, surrounded by mini markets and eating place. The lifts are many and fast, the security personnel were vey attentive and helpful especially during peak time before and after salah, holding and directing guests for the lifts. In house cafe, both at ground and mezzanine floor. Spacious and helpful concierge staff to keep your luggage. Accessibility room was spacious and comfortable with decent sized single beds and multiple pillows, laminated floor, flat surface through out the room and bathroom. very clean. The housekeeping staffs were friendly and welcoming. Amenities were complete, nice and with luxurious packaging. Fruit basket was extra and nice gesture.

The reception staff could have been a little more helpful when the guest arrived early. I have to insist that they process my check-in even before the room is ready, so that we don't crowd the reception at 4pm. They did when i persist. The window was small, but necessary.

Room was spacious. AC was really cool.

The toilet was not perfectly clean, it had stains, for the price we paid, it should have been crystal clear. The sockets were really badly placed. The light switches were directly behind my pillow. My pillow covered them. Which could be also dangerous. Some basic hotel etiquettes were not available. Like when you reach, no one asked us to carry the luggage. So some small factors which should be considered for a 5 star hotel with huge rent per night.

The Concierge Abdullah and the the Transport Ashwaq were brilliant. Abdullah was supportive and helped with every small and big queries and also soothed the tension with the receptionist on 28 September 2024 who unnecessarily was rude. Abdullah was helpful in arranging the car for tours. She also gave tips on local issues and markets. The cleaning staff were fantastic and had eye for details in their work. The breakfast restaurant was great and tried to provide variety in breakfast every morning.

The breakfast tables should be cleared only after guests leave or they should put a notification that they would start to clear the breakfast tables at 1000 am. Otherwise, one may feel unwelcome to be sitting in a breakfast room when the tables are being cleared.

Amazing hotel. Newly built. I was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel is. State of the art technology and amenities considering needs for pilgrims. Check-in was a breeze. They even offered me an upgraded room with city or mountain view. Brother Saleh Alhariqi helped me with my needs at the checkout he was very kind and attentive and was able to extend my stay as requested. He and other staff members, including room service bell boy they were all very . The manager and staff in the restaurant were friendly. I bought their breakfast for 2 days and it had a lot of quality options and variety of food. This hotel is a 3-5 minutes walk from gate of Masjid e Nabwi. This hotel is 4 minutes walk from bus station that takes you to the train station.

I enjoy staying at the MADEN Hotel because of its prime location near Al Haram, its spacious and well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, its attentive and courteous staff who provide excellent service, and its variety of dining options that cater to different tastes and preferences.

I am extremely disappointed to learn that the MADEN hotel restaurant is not operating 24/7, as it fails to provide essential dining services such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside of their limited duty hours, which is highly inconvenient for guests seeking round-the-clock culinary options. They would deliver the meal to your room only.

The location to the haram was the main reason I booked at maden. It is less than 5 minutes' walk to the Haram. This hotel is an exceptional 5-star hotel. The room we had was really good and big. Very clean room and hotel. The bed was super comfortable. They had all the necessities stocked in the room (tea/coffee/water/bathroom items/towels). The hotel was always stocked with water at the entrance/exit. Occasionally, the hotel had fresh cold juice where maden guest can help themselves. We had breakfast with our booking in which the breakfast served was excellent. There are so many items to choose from, and caters to everyone.

I initially booked a room with a city view. Unfortunately, the view we had was not pleasant and nothing to see. The only thing we could see is hotels that are being developed nearby.
