The electricity was cut many times - each took some time without any explanation from the hotel.

The hotel is well located for a short walk to the haram and the ladies section. The staff were all great. We were arriving very late and informed them so we had no issues on arrival. Our Room was ready and we were attached to a suite so had some extra space..Muslim and Abdur Razaq were the cleaners on our floor and they were always willing to clean at times that were convenient for us and give us clean towels etc when needed. There are 8 lifts and we rarely had to wait for a lift so that is great escalator experience

We checked in so late on day one that we missed breakfast (we only arrived at 10:30) so would've been great if they could've allowed us to check out beyond 14:00( although that is a late check out). Also we requested for suhoor on Monday and they could not bring anything to the room even though we paid for breakfast incl.... it would've been nice if they could've brought something to the room for suhoor as we paid for 2 breakfasts that in the end we didn't use

Some services wifi internet is not working at all and you need to request iron and they give you iron for only 30 mins

Based on your feedback, here's a concise recommendation: --- If you're planning a visit to Madinah, I highly recommend Ruve Al Madinah. I recently stayed there from July 22nd to July 23rd, 2024, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly built and boasts an excellent location, ideal for families visiting Masjid Al Haram. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were impeccably dressed, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Great incoming service from the start, any request was responded to and met almost immediately. Clean. Smells great. Excellent

The hotel had no smoking signs and we chose non smoking rooms, but the minute there were neighbour's they were smoking and it was choking up our room even. No smoking needs to remain no smoking. The hotel smelled great but the smoke of that visitors were entering the passages and rooms.

Clean, close to Masjid-e-Nabawi

Reception, checkin. Arrived at the hotel around 5 pm local time. The guy at the reception had to call a few people about the readiness of the room.

We were given 2 interconnecting rooms as we travelled as a family with 4 children. The hotel is within a walking distance to the Masjid An Nabawi. Good location surrounded by shops selling all sort of things you typically seek when in Madinah. Breakfast was fair with good range of choices, although some day to day variety can be improved.

Erratic wifi signal and speed. The A/C in 1 of our rooms appear unstable as the temperature sometimes raised spontaneously (it was a centralized A/C system which you control using a digital control panel). Extremely busy traffic in front of the hotel lead to a lot of noise - although this is not the hotel's fault, obviously. The over-eager room service personnel..!

Washroom water drainage. As its a flat surface in shower it doesnt drain the water.

The receptionist Mr.Turki is way beyound with extra help. Excellent english and very rare Saudi male in this position with always smiling face. and happy to assist. All male receptionist are well trained than other hotels that I used to stay. Daily cleaning crew does good job and I forget the young Bangladeshi boy who is friendly and on time.. Good loction for ladies and money changer is at back of the hotel with good rate (Near the under pass bridge)

The room are not fully clean. Old furnitures and lots of dust on corner and head board aarea. When I mention to cleaning supervisor, he offered to deep cleaning immidiately, but, it was too late for us that we are about to leave next day. It will be nice if there is micro wave to warm up some food. I was refused to use at their food serving area by Mr. Raju (food sup ?). He said that it was hotel policy not to assist outside food for warming up. Pls review your hotel policy and assist for visitors who may need sometimes for emergency use of microwave
