Room I stayed is comfort and truly felt like a haven after a long day of activities. The location is also worth mentioning. Situated in a prime area of Riyadh, it offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Whether I needed to explore the city, visit shopping malls, or attend business meetings, everything seemed to be within easy reach. The breakfast at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana hotel in Riyadh was a delightful experience. There were numerous options to choose from, catering to various tastes and preferences.

Upon my arrival at 14:50, I was eager to settle into my second room. Unfortunately, there was a delay in preparing the room, and it took approximately one hour to be ready. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the delay did cause some frustration and affected the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Our stay at the hotel was truly fantabulous, exceeding our expectations in every way. Eager to make my daughter's birthday a memorable one, I approached the lady at the reception to inquire about any available birthday packages. She assured me that she would be in touch and asked us to proceed to our room. Shortly thereafter, we received a call informing us of an unexpected upgrade. Upon our return to the room, we were astonished to find that our belongings had been transferred to a beautiful suite adorned with rose petals, accompanied by a delightful cake and fruit basket. This thoughtful gesture made my daughter's day truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional 5-star customer service provided by Mohamed Abu Nefissa and Hala. We look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed everything, especially the exceptional service. We would like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Sabin and Mrs. Marry in the restaurant, as well as Chef Olef, whose cooking was indeed good. Additionally, Mrs. Rasel provided excellent support in keeping our room clean and comfortable. Lastly, the gentleman who served us Arabic coffee every day was very kind.

Great room service for making up the room. Breakfast was served at the Flavors Restaurant with variety of delicious options and service provided by Mary and Monir was always exceptional. Thanks for that. Not to forget Valet parking team where they were always helping and smiling and can’t wait without having Saudi Coffee served with a smile by Mr. Yahya. Thanks and I hope visiting Riyadh soon.

Very good hotel in great location, comfortable rooms, breakfast can not be better, really very rich choice of all type of foods, staff is very helpful and kind , Mr. Sohel in Flavours Restaurant was especially very good, we enjoyed our stay here in all aspects.

Everything was great , only disappointment was that pool was not available for women , while understanding and respecting local rules and habbits but arrangements should fit to interrnational travellers , too... (during the 3 days we have not seen anyone in the pool.... )

The Front office staff delighted us on arrival. Gave us all upgrades- Majed was simply awesome. 5 rooms, 5 upgrades. when we went in the Suites were so so big tat it needed a tour, literally. while we were waiting the concierge whisked our baggage, Sameer, I think the Sudani doorman was so pleasant. The Saudi Coffee maker kept doling dates and coffee… Breakfast was great and they even accommodated our late check our request despite being fully booked!!! they know how to pamper guests!!! GO FOR THEM 😍

I waited for half an hoyr at check in and they were late in giving me my room but Miss Shahad apologised and upgraded my room to a club room, which really removed any discomfort I felt at check-in. Thank you Shahad🙏🏻 Room service were really quick to respond and help; thank you.

because I booked months early, the prices on booking were very high compared to people I know who booked on the day from the hotel or through Booking.com. Thanks god I was upgraded, otherwise I was really upset for the difference!

The location is good. About 500m walk to Tahliyah St and its cafes and restaurants. An easy walk in cooler months, but in summer probably needs taxi or Uber. The hotel is modern, nicely laid out with friendly and efficient staff

Sound-proofing between rooms is not so good. I had a family with kids next door and they were pretty rowdy.

The room was pretty big and nice, with big windows, everything was clean and mostly well organized. We did not have any special requests but the staff was friendly. Location was great, very near to many central destinations. We took uber most of the time because of the heat, but several places were within walking distance. We did not take the breakfast option.

In general, it was a very nice stay, but we did not like the following details: - mattress and pillows were too soft to sleep - AC was blowing straight on the bed where you sleep - walls were not well soundproofed - we tried the "Caramel" lounge inside the hotel: prices were too high, quality too low

Sales Staff are very professional and supportive. Communication for reservation and coordination to check-in was perfect ! For business in Downtown, location is perfect in Olaya Street. Commercial Street, with plenty of stores/restaurants in this area within walking distance WIFI works well.

Price very expensive
