Breakfast was great, location was quite central and close to the train station, both good for airport and train trip. The room did not quite look like the picture, but was fairly comfortable and quiet.

The room would benefit from another chair or armchair, also a murphy bed is not the most comfy for sleep. The Kitchen could use better equipment and more plates, bowls and such. Paying extra for a apart-hotel means we intend to actually do things in the kitchen. It was subpar.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and as described. Very good value for money as only a few minute walk from the central train station. Area is a bit tired and there were roadworks everywhere which made the hotel difficult to find but we heard no noise in the actual hotel so sleep was good! Was allowed to early check in as our room was ready which is always a plus.

Having to pay 250euro up front as deposit, I didn't know about this and luckily had thefunds to cover it but it would have been nice to have been prepared. Also it was refunded to me on check out which seemed pointless as the room hadn't even been checked at that point..

Great location, easy to walk to most of Munich's major attractions. The staff were very friendly, and the coffee maker down at reception is free to use for all of your coffee/tea/hot chocolate needs (always a bonus!). We had a lovely Christmas break here and would definitely stay again :)

A better stock of cutlery and utensils in the apartment would be an improvement - the bowls and plates were tiny so serving 'proper' meals was a little challenging. However this was in no way a major issue and we managed to cook in our apartment comfortably enough :)

Good location near main train.nice big room comfy bed .good arcon having the fridge in the heat was great.the room was ready at 12 when we arrived which was brilliant.thwy allowed us a late check out till 12 (11 check is too early).staff very friendly and helpful.

The area isn't very german lots of young non German men hanging around all day.tv channels for English speaking non existent .you have to ask for clean towels every day(not a big deal)the room is not cleaned for the 4 days.(But it says this when you book)

I loved almost everything - location, cleanliness, majority of the staff (one girl was came across abit rude with her attitude but the men were all very lovely), spaciousness, the shower, amenities & the bed!! Was a great stay and highly recommend! Would definitely stay again! Easy to get to and from the Munich Hbf, lots of shops and restaurants around. I felt very safe in the area!

If I had to be picky, it was the tv. It’s a great modern tv and has the option to connect to Netflix, YouTube etc. however it can’t connect to the TV. I asked reception and they advised there’s no wifi connection for the TV which is odd because there’s wifi connection in the building. Other than that & the one staff member who was abit rude, everything was great!

The location was great. The hotel is very close to the train station. Also, it's relatively close to the city downtown. Besides that, the room was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen, but we noticed that our bathroom sink was clogged after the check-in and it took one day to get someone to fix it. Also, breakfast was good but it would have been great a little more of variety. The dining room is small, so it might be crowded some busy days.

I know it is an apart-hotel, but it would have been nice that someone has cleaned our room either on Friday or one of the weekend days. Unfortunately, there are some construction works nearby so it may be kind of noisy in the mornings.

Location near Munich Main Station and walkable to tram station, bus stops, supermarkets, and various restaurants. It is also accessible for one-day trips to nearby attractions within Germany and or other countries. As this hotel has cooking options, a couple or family can enjoy self-cooking as well.

Though we enjoyed the hotel stay and the location, it could have been better if the television had an option to access YouTube / Netflix / Amazon Prime. Asking this option to the hotel team, they quoted that they are working on the setup globally. Hope this fix can help customers to choose other options.

Ms. Yasmin, the receptionist, was very helpful. She gave every information in detail. The location is perfect. Self servis coffee is perfect.

On the negative side, the beds for the children were not very good. It was as if the beds was not attached, it was falling if it was not adjacent. Turkish TV channels should be added to the TV channels. There is no room service for short stays, but if there is a mop etc. in the room to clean the floor, the guests can use it for their own hygiene. After 2 days the floors can be covered in dust. These are the positive contributions I have made for better service in the future.

Everything was above expectation for the amount we paid for 4 nights in the centre. The 2 guys who were at the reception were welcoming and polite. The room was so clean and well organised. We had a relaxing time and there was no disturbance at all.

Something that i did not like is not personally related to me but on our last night when we came back to the hotel there was an old couple who were not accompanied by their kids who probably made the booking for them at the hotel. They were so lost and confused and on the reception was a middle-aged lady and a man who were not very sympathetic to them and were abruptly rude which is not what one expects to be treated like when coming to your hotel. I think the old couple had a booking but arrived early and also their son booked the room in his name which caused some confusion. She was also rude to us when we asked her some questions about early morning trains to the airport.

The apartment was 2 blocks away from the central train station (München Hbf) which was very convenient for us. Check in was easy, with the front desk being staffed 24 hours. The apartment itself was extremely clean, including the bathroom and bedsheets. We washed our dishes by hand, but dishwasher tablets were provided if you wanted to use the dishwasher. Sponge for dishes and dishwashing liquid also provided. There is an oven to cook and once we figured out how to use it, we were able to heat up food almost like a microwave. It rained 1.5 days and the front desk was able to provide an umbrella for us to use, which was appreciated. 25 minutes walking to Marienplatz (just a quick walk for us New Yorkers). Neighborhood seemed safe at all hours.

The kitchen needs some basic items like a dish drying rack (although not having one seems to be the norm in Europe) and paper towels for any cleanups needed. The TV in our room only had Netflix and YouTube streaming options (log into your own account). We ended up streaming from our laptop, which was fine with us. Lastly, there were 2 pillows provided on the 1 bed: 1 was very fluffy and soft, while the other pillow was extremely flat. The flat pillow ended up being mine and it gave me neck and shoulder aches each morning. I would have loved either another fluffy pillow option or something not flat.
