The staff were brilliant, William in particular. He helped immensely and nothing was too much for him.

Only after I had booked and paid my non-returnable fee to Booking. Com was I informed that there would be no restaurant available on a Saturday night. This is not acceptable and was a huge inconvenience to me and my family.

Friendly staff and handy-sized room. Excellent sit-down shower in disabled room (although shower did succeed in covering the whole room and make it difficult to reach the toilet!). Kettle provided and very comfy bed. Good parking area and decent wifi

All pretty good for the price

Convenient motel for our southward journey to the French Alps. Excellent dinner options; the staff were kept busy with the number of diners. Breakfast was okay (although not as much choice as at the Pontarlier Campanile we stayed in next).

The exterior could do with some refurbishment - the external stairwells and corridors were scruffy.

Very friendly staff. Guy on reception who greeted us had very good English and a great attitude. Hotel easy to find off motorway. Reception and dining area looks good.

Rooms are a little tired and need of modernisation. Hotel is in an industrial estate so not a lot around to see if you fancy a walk.

Great place for a stop over back to the UK even though it’s situated in an industrial park . The tunnel is only an hour way and close to the motorway . The staff are lovely and friendly easy check in , the bed was comfy with nice duvet & pillows for a good nights sleep . The food in the restaurant is lovely and great choice for breakfast good value for money . Would stay here again .

The entrance and room was a bit tired

Booked at very short notice. Good location. Clean and functional. Quiet and comfortable. Good communication regarding late check in.

Cleaner was rude in the morning - we thought check out was at 12noon, but she was very keen to get us out of our rooms at 10am.

This place was pretty easy to find and not far off the main road to avoid losing time on our long journey. The motel type room was accessible and good value for money and included a kettle which is not always the case with other hotels.

The main light in the room was a bit dull and the tap was a sensor one which was not always easy to use.

rooms ok but probably need an overhaul but great for one night. tv remote wouldn’t work and no soap in dispenser in shower. no big deal. waitress in restaurant didn’t appear to be enjoying her work much in contrast to her very cheerful polite colleague who managed reception and served in the restaurant

Super friendly and helpful staff - we arrived late and the manager ensured we would be able to pick up our key and access our room without any difficulty. It's great if you have a dog too as room door opens directly to the outside. Bed very comfy. Location great if you're in transit !!

I was travelling in the motorway and need to rest, 5 minutes from the motorway…free car park, restaurant ,early breakfast,room very clean and tidy! Staff very friendly! No noise from traffic!
