The hotel staff is super friendly. This property is located conveniently to the main train station. I was able to check in with no problems even after midnight, and they even helped me carry my luggage to the room. The room itself was clean and tidy, the AC and the mini-fridge worked just right, and the bathroom looked nice, too. The breakfast wasn't very rich, but there was enough food for everyone (chicken drumsticks, cheese, sausage, egg omelet, steamed veggies, bread, pancakes, fruits, desserts, milk etc). Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend my friends and family to visit Edem Hotel in Lviv!

The location is positioned well with a maximum 10 min walk from either the train or bus station. It is also only 20 mins walk down to the main centre for restaurants/cafes etc. The room was clean, very spacious and it was quiet. The staff were friendly, I don't speak Ukrainian and the reception staff had basic English but it did not cause any issues. The breakfast was basic with a small selection of warm foods and cereals/cakes/fruit. The waitress was always friendly and replenished food/drinks efficiently.

I really don't have any issues, if I was going to be picky I could say a kettle and tea/coffee would be nice to have in the room.

My wife and I stayed in the suite on the fifth floor which was nice and quiet with two sky lights. The hotel is nestled in a quiet courtyard The breakfast was nice and the staff fulfilled each of our requests and communicated well. We walked to the train station which was about 15 minutes away.

The shades on the skylights need to be fixed.

The hotel staff were amazing. My dad of old age was staying in the hotel and he could not make it for breakfast, the staff kindly provided him a very substantial lunch instead. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, answered and helped with all his questions. Room was clean and bed was comfy. I would definitely advise this hotel to stay, especially due to kind and professional people working there.

I was very pleased with the hotel. I arrived late at night, but the room was ready. The room was great, very clean, the staff was very friendly. During my stay at the hotel, it was my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff congratulated me and gave me a bottle of champagne. They also worried about whether we had time to have breakfast. It was very nice and caring. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the best. Thank you!

Small hotel that's not too far from the station. Practical for a 4am arrival! A little bit old fashioned in style, but the room, bed, and pillows were all worthy of a much more expensive hotel. Would stay again.

Breakfast could have had some more classic options. But then I am boring.

Really spacious quiet room, very clean, generous and varied breakfast.

Everything was good. The only error I made was to think the restaurant served food in an evening but this was not a problem as there are good restaurants close by.

Nice clean and cosy room in quite place. Especially thank you for breakfast! I had early train to catch, so they made me a lunch box to take with me. It was packed very comfortable - 2 sandwiches, yogurt with a spoon 🥄 and an apple. Very nice!

The service at the hotel was at a high level, the staff was responsive and polite. Everything was fine.
