Easy Check in, good Location, Near to tram and bus also Night bus, friendly Host, good Coffee Maschine in the entrance area, very comfortable beds and cushions with memory foam, always here for question also per mail, The breakfast is terrible so don't order extra. The common play and film rooms were both occupied, the music was so loud and when we looked in we didn't feel welcome, it was unpleasant so we decide to go back in our Room

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, the fitness center was a great addition, and my room was pretty quiet. I also appreciated the smooth check-in process and the convenience of the key card, which granted access to my room and facilities. The check-out process was even better — I just had to drop the key card in a box on my way out.

The only slight downsides were the lack of a washing machine in the room (though I knew there was a shared laundry available) and that during the last cleaning, no dishwasher tablets were left.

Everything is clean, new, and pleasant.

There was an issue with the faucet in the shower: the water only can be cold or hot. It seems that it was installed incorrectly. Room number 101. Please fix.

During business hours, staff are available on-site and are always ready to assist, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The neighborhood is vibrant and rapidly developing, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options to suit every budget and preference. The area is also well-connected, with excellent public transportation options. For travelers, this is an excellent choice, as Chopin Airport is just 5 km away.

The pillows were too soft for my preference, which made sleeping less comfortable, before the long flights. Additionally, the apartment could benefit from a bedside table or a small nightstand to place essentials like a phone or a bottle of water. These small adjustments would make the stay even more comfortable.

New equipment in the apartment and common areas, complete kitchen equipment, comfortable bed, change of sheets and towels 2 times during 5 nights. Superior cleanliness. Electronic check-in and check-out. Good wall insulation, no other guests could be heard.

There is no TV and hairdryer in the apartment. Hair dryers available in the service areas, but they were all busy during my stay. The TV room was reserved all the time for only one guest, so watching TV is not possible. Also, the free bikes were occupied all the time. It was not possible to reserve the bikes, although the bikes are parked in front of the building all day. They should arrange the reservation of bikes and TV room by certain hours and keep the rental schedule !!

I liked the conditions, the distance to airport. Easy and comfortable check in and out. All needed staff was available. For one transit night stay is perfect place)

I couldn’t get some rest, I mean sleep because of the noise of the refrigerator or something in the kitchen. It was quite noisy for taking full rest. Kind of smell, maybe the smell of cleaning stuff. For transit night is not such disturbing, but for longer stay please consider the comments.

Neli Studios is a separate building with apartments, managing by one hosting company. It has modern interier and well organized services. Super clean and new apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a separate laundry room as well as gaming and fitness. I am super satisfied. There are other similar hosting or managing companies in Mokotow, which are far behind in competition.

Parking is available for additional cost via easy online booking through the internet site. If staying more than five days, there is no good price for parking (monthly subscription is cheaper than 6 days parking price)

I think everything in the property was amazing. The staff was very helpful from the very beginning before I even came to Warsaw. The self check-in was very simple and user friendly. The bed was comfortable, although I do think it might e been too small for two people. The area was very quiet, which was great for the purpose of my trip. The facilities were great, and the rooftop was lovely. I will definitely come again.

The only thing was that the aircon was not working but there is a very real possibility that I just couldn't work it out properly.

The place is really nice and comfortable with a small gym, room to study and kitchen to cook. My room was a bit small but I suppose it’s my fault that I didn’t notice the meters when I booked it. The staff is really helpful and kind. Clean and cozy environment, close enough to the center by car, it has parking under but is extra the charge.

First for 20m^ room the prize is a bit expensive 230€ for 4 days. One person maybe but 2 people barely could fit in such place. Second I asked if I can leave the room one hour later from the check out hour that the hotel demand from customers and the hotel asked extra charge. Come on really?? The check in hour is after 15:00, the check out is 11:00, but one hour later is expensive for that hotel.

Exactly what I was looking for my one night stay. It was close to the airport, in an area with a lot of places to eat/relax, the room was clean and had all the amenities. Also, I got there a few hours early and they still let me check-in. It is a self-check screen when you get there, but some one saw I was confused since it wouldn't let me check-in before 3pm and was able to help me to allow for a much earlier check-in.

Please note that check-in, check-out, etc is all done virtually so there isn't a 'front desk' to go to. This was not a problem for me and I liked this place, but something to note if this does affect others considering this location.
