The $7M renovation really showed - super clean and comfortable and the staff were really on top of things. The full breakfast was good and filling, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the whole experience was great. It's obvious a lot of care went into not only the facility but the staff training. The workout room looked newly appointed with equipment, and was very inviting. The nicest chain hotel experience I've had in years. I highly recommend this place if travelling to Columbus, OH.

I think the pool needs a good scrubbing but that did not stop me from staying in it for an hour.

The breakfast was always hot and served on time. A choice of biscuits, and maybe even gravy would have been nice. The workers that we came in contact with were very nice. The manager Brain Starkey was very personable on the morning we talked with him. Asked how our stay was. Talked with us for a few good minutes while we were eating breakfast. The bed in our room was comfortable. Very nice sized bathroom, really liked the walk in shower. Good amount of outlets and lighting. In a very good location for a visit to the Columbus Zoo. one of the reasons we picked the hotel.

A little different choice of breakfast. In other hotels the person "serving" up the breakfast mingled with the guest. The 3 mornings that we were there and my husband ate breakfast, Brain was the only person who personally greeted him/us. When were left or came back for the day, we were sometimes greeted, sometimes not. I guess really that is neither here nor there. There were a few stains in the carpet in our room. In the lobby area, what ever cleaning solution that was used, a pleasant but over powering, at least to us.

I liked that the hotel was located close to many restaurants and right off the main highway. The showers at the hotel were amazing. I loved that they were supplied with full bottles of body wash and hair products... which I had forgotten to bring.

I didnt like that 3 tractor trailors were parked right outside our window for 3 days! One of the trucks ran his generator the whole time. Sitting outside on the patio made for an eyesore with the trucks.

The breakfast could be a little better. Although I love to be healthy, 90% of the food was diet. On vacation a diet is not what I’m worried about. I understand the food is free and included but a small step up would be amazing!!!

The staff and breakfast were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and smiling. The bathrooms were so clean and nicely designed.

The bed was too firm for me. No matter how low we put the temperature the room didn't cool down. I think the fan wasn't working well.

Breakfast was ok, my son got cereal but there was no milk available, could not pull shades close enough together to block out light, patio was nice but crowded so our group remained inside, we had a larger group and outr talking was interfering with phone calls at front desk, per mgr. Additional outdoor seating could help

The room and hotel are very clean!!! Rooms are 5 star! The location where we went was perfect. The personnel at the hotel are professional, kind, and friendly. When in the area will definitely stay again.

The right side elevator, when stopping going up, needs professional adjustment..

Choice of close by restaurants and stores

Housekeeping staff was unprofessional talking on phone while cleaning room. Very late in day and did not restock coffee in room to n day one and day two housekeeper making v Ty unpleasant faces at us as we were leaving. For the price we paid, should have felt more welcomed. Front desk staff was excellent though

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and very comfortable. Properly is very well maintained. The manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom, only hooks. I would have liked to have had at least one towel bar in the bathroom.
