The view from the 10th floor was amazing and the staff were very kind.

My partner accidentally stained the bed sheet due to her monthly period and while check out was asked to pay 1300 extra for it, even after explaining. It was a first time experience where a hotel asked for payment for bedsheets as we all know hotels frequently change the sheets. . .

Location- Location is good. Right next to Marina Mall. A2B is 100mtrs away. Check-in was smooth & fast Room: Room is neat & spacious. Bed was soft and comfortable. Good furnitures & lightings. Bathroom is reasonably spaced . Water pressure was ok. A/C was good. Good view from our room Breakfast was superb . Staff were good. Check-out was smooth but took more time for giving invoice . Overall recommended for all types of travellers. Negative points Bathroom needs lot of plumbing works. Water didn’t go fast in wash basin. Health phacet didn’t work properly.

- The cleanliness of the premises was below average and maintenance issues were apparent. - The ongoing metro works and street noise were disruptive, so be prepared for this inconvenience (don't go for street facing rooms) - My initial room had a malfunctioning AC, which was disappointing. Although the issue was resolved after I reported it to the manager and I was upgraded to another room, it still affected my overall impression.

Rooms were big & comfortable. The view outside was good. The in room dining services were very swift, all the restaurants served good quality food. Hotel staff were very polite & helpful. We had booked two rooms and 2 of my family members were arriving early, the hotel accomodated them with a checkin as early as 11am. That was super helpful.

There was some construction going on in the rooms on the 5th floor. Our rooms were on the 6th floor and we could hear a lot of noises if we were in room during that time. Also the lobby of 6th floor had a bad odour, it may have been due to carpets being damp for long time.

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. Good location. Good view from the room.

The in room dining needs lots of improvement. The food served is cold, even the coffee is cold. Also they should mention the quantity of food (especially chapati, phulka, naan) in the menu. .

Breakfast was great with good varities. Enjoyed our breakfasts. The rooms were super comfortable and spacious. Added to the above swimming pool was really clean and maintained well. Overall, we loved the place and would like to re-visit again. #under-rated hotel.

The place is located near (on the side of the building) a mall and some people might find it convenient meanwhile some other might not enjoy it. The food at the hotel is affordable. It as a very good value/quality ratio. Large choice for breakfast

Drinks (chai and coffee) in rooms are a bit overpriced No whole wheat bread for breakfast, instead the infamous white squared pre-sliced industrial bread The WiFi system to login is too complicated and stop working for no reason on my computer

The buffet breakfast is superb with all good varieties..Room is clean and the atmosphere is excellent.the front desk staff are very supportive and attentive.housekeeping staff are very nice and their approach towards work is nice.

The reception staff named Savaran's behaviour was rude. He was arguing with the customer. Hotel carpets needs to be cleaned or changed as they look old and stained. Price can be reduced a little going by the infrastructure age
