I chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the Pearson VUE exam center where I took my NCLEX exam. It offers great value for money, and the location is truly excellent. The staff were all professional and accommodating. Given the chance, I would definitely come back.

I believe the carpet should be replaced due to its current condition. Additionally, a bidet should be installed in the toilet for improved hygiene and comfort.

We had to catch an early flight at the airport and was glad that this Courtyard offered a free airport shuttle to Sacramento Airport beginning at 4AM.

I was disappointed at the limited menu offerings at this Courtyard. I've stayed at the Courtyard Cal Expo quite a few times and their menu options were more expansive. I thought this would be the same at this courtyard.

Excellent staff. Great location, once there. It's in an office park with lots of old trees. Secure, no major problems. Shuttle service. Small balcony.

A little expensive, but everything is nowadays. Smell of ganja in hallway from one room on first night. My room unaffected, but should not be smoking in the rooms.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel had a 7.7 rating but it deserves much more. The place was very inviting (wish it had been warmer to take advantage of the courtyard); the staff were very friendly and helpful; and the room was clean and roomy. Highly recommend.

The room was great! The bed was so comfortable and the pull out couch bed was comfortable as well. Loved that we stayed in the bottom floor. The location was great! Near everything we wanted. The bistro we ate at was amazing! Great staff all over

Great for the money: This was above budget, but not even close to high-end. Thus, great for us. We've stayed in the Sacramento area many times, and have mostly gone super-budget. Some places we liked in the past have upgraded and are more expensive than we liked for the neighborhood. And, we weren't in the mood for going the route of Motel 6-double-bed, freeway-side, sketch-neighborhood. The Courtyard, being in a business park, in the slow period over the holidays seemed like a good compromise. It was slightly more money, but we got options for either a King bed and sofabed or double queen beds and a bigger upgrade in comfort and location. Some reviews I read here complain about the need for an upgrade; that the property seems old. Not to us, at this point in time. Room 207 was attractive, clean, comfortable, with plenty of outlets for our devices, easy-to-log-on WiFi. The unit was easy to access because of the automated doors all around the property, and our keys allowed us in after hours. There were both wide stairways and elevator service, which allowed us choice and quick pathways to our room. Great value and comfort for the money.

The parking fee. The website needs to post the parking fee of $7.50 clearly so customers can properly make a decision about staying at the property. I'm not used to paying for parking, but through the reviews on the third-party site, I was at least able to anticipate and factor this into my decision. The parking lot was ample and it was easy to access the building no matter where we parked, so that offset the parking fee for me. Security did not appear to be a problem, but we tend to not keep things in the car overnight when traveling.

My main reason to stay at this place was the airport shuttle included in the service. It worked out perfectly! I was at the airport in 15 minutes.

There are minimal food choices around the hotel. The bar in the hotel has somewhat steep prices.

Only issue was that the steam iron in the room had been dropped or something - hot water leaked out on clothes, ironing board and my feet. Made prep for dinner event sort of complicated.

Bed was very comfortable. I was cool how the tv greeted you. It was very clean.

The pool was dirty needed vacuumed so we just sat with our feet in. We had room 104 which had a sliding glass door. There were bushes in front of it so we really couldn’t use it. All of rooms on first floor had a small patio with chair except this one :(.

The hotel’s location feels very safe and quiet, perfect if you’re wanting to get some rest before a flight. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious my room was!
