The breakfast was decent for a hotel - waffles, muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. The beds were very comfy and Oh, the pillows were most excellent! I am very pillow particular, and they were fantabulous. The facility was very clean, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were pretty spacious and had a microwave and fridge.

There wasn't an elevator, so, if I could not get a first floor room, i would not have been able to stay there, being disabled. The staff were really good, though, about accommodating my needs.

The man at the front desk was awesome. We arrived early and he got us into our room. which was a huge deal for us because we got to unload and rest before our all day music festival. He put up with our shenanigans every morning when we came down for breakfast. LOL. I really can’t say enough good things about him (wish I had his name). Our room was clean with lots of towels. Location to our event was perfect.

I really wish all the hotels in the area wouldn’t raise up the prices quite so much because of the Aftershock festival. so this isn’t exactly directed at this hotel.

Incheck and check out process was quick and easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. Location was safe and quiet.

The breakfast was not very big, but enough. There was some noise (people talking loudly) at night for the two days we were there, but we were able to sleep good anyway. If you do not have access to a car then it is quite a walk to get to the city centre.

This hotel was in a great location for us--about 3 miles from Sacramento Valley Amtrak station. We arrived early and were greeted by a very nice, professional staff! Our room (#119) was very clean, wonderful king size bed, desk/chair, small sofa with computer table, large TV. Bathroom was stocked with bath amenities--shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. A coffee maker was available with coffee creamers/sugar/artificial sweetener. A microwave and mini frig. Nice closet space. Delicious breakfast, also! Coffee, waffles, cereals, yogurt, toast, bakery items, juices, fresh fruit. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful! I appreciate them! I highly recommend! Old Sacramento and the Riverfront are within walking distance.

I was really impressed with this hotel for the price - really nice rooms, the staff was great, they have a decent little breakfast every morning and the staff comes by every day and cleans your room and replaces the towels - fantastic!

Only a couple little issues here - there's not much around the hotel here like a restaurant or bar or anywhere to eat. And there are also a lot of homeless people in the general area, but other than this, the hotel was really nice, especially for the price

Fantastic location! Close to downtown and I-5 that can basically get you anywhere. The rooms were nice and you can tell they were recently repainted. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating.

The walls were a bit thin so you could hear the ambient noises of your neighbors but it wasn't disruptive. The room I had had squeaky beds so I felt bad getting up and going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Small bathroom.

Check in agent was very helpful. The room was big, clean and spacious with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok with waffle, fruit, cereal and yogurt.

The fan and air conditioner controls weren't working. We woke up in the middle of the night, and it was 53 degrees. We opened the window to get air.

It was safe and I was always able to sleep as much as I needed too.

The only thing I didn’t like was my bedroom floor had hair, dust, dirt on it. I only found it because I tend to like to have my feet very clean so I used the towels on the floor a lot. Other than a that everything is perfect.

Great staff, very friendly. Good size room with most amenities as well as having everything clean and in order. Very pleased. Would recommend to anyone traveling and looking for a quick, comfortable and convenient stay.

Breakfast could have offered more nutritional items more than just cereal and yogurt and some fruit. Possibly provide Eggs, meats, ect. and more tradition items that provided enough protein and energy.

The hotel rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the location of the hotel is good. The SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity is right next door and Old Sacramento is also within easy walking distance. In addition, the hotel has its own parking spaces and a pool that is accessible to the disabled. I would book again.

As in many American hotels in this price range, stable or fast internet is a gamble.
