We were impressed by everything! The attention to detail, exceptional bathrooms, great beds and coziness of the rooms and lodge. The dining room that opens into the patio is fantastic. The staff is unmatched in their customer service and friendliness. They offered a free drink on tap for each guest when you arrive. Each room had a beverage counter with cute mugs and a Lazzo expresso/ hot chocolate machine outside the guest room doors that was the same machine we used in Switzerland at the James Bond rotating restaurant. I wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy the amenities like the electric bikes, the roof top patio or sit by the fire in the evening on the patio. We just loved every minute here and want to return for a longer stay to tour the area more and attend a concert at Red Rocks.

There was absolutely nothing we could think of that we wanted or would have done differently except to stay longer!

We were traveling with a grandma and a toddler so our needs were high, but this hotel met them all. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Grandma had a nice elevator and toddler had room to run around. We ate at the restaurant and it exceeded expectations. Very delicious burger! We also liked that the clear creek trail ran right by the hotel so you could go walking right from your hotel room without having to get in the car.

Didn't love that one side of the hotel faced the highway, but we were on the mountain side so it didn't really affect us.

Very nice breakfast, but maybe a bit more variation in the hot breakfast. After a few day omelettes and burritos get a bit old. I also would recommend serving breakfast in the back room rather than the bar. Having breakfast at the bar takes a bit away from the special experience that it appears you’re trying to achieve and doesn’t represent your price point.

See above…..also not really a dislike but an observation. Because this place is trying to r Combine many different businesses into one.: Taproom/bar, hotel, restaurant, event space, In my observation I think the staff is overused and occasionally overwhelmed. This is not a criticism of the staff who are very kind and genuinely doing their best but hope management understands and provides some flexibility to maintain their loyalty and motivation to do their best.

Excellent location for touring colleges in the area, exploring, hiking. Spacious comfortable rooms. Great for families-chill, cool vibe. Welcoming, engaging staff. Enjoyed the amenities to include breakfast, bikes, gym, outdoor seating areas/fireplaces, coffee station on each floor. Thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful snow storm from the comforts of the hotel.

The property is a bit close to a highway so a little noisy in the mornings although was not as noticeable when we had the heat or a/c on.

It’s so nice to have the taproom right below you. They serve an excellent breakfast. The taproom also has fire pits so it’s a lot of fun at night to sit outside and enjoy a beer. The hotel has large shared balconies to sit outside in the morning after getting a cup of coffee at the coffee station on each floor. It’s also in a great location. It’s a very pleasant 1 mile walk into downtown Golden which is so fun.

We loved all the amenities at the hotel, the bar, outside seating area, food truck (with delicious shakes), and the location to areas we wanted to visit in the area. The primary reason we chose the hotel was due to it's proximity to Red Rock Amphitheater which was less than 15 minutes away.

The beds were adequate, but could've been more comfortable. We also would've liked to have more than 1 towel available per person in our room, but we simply asked front desk for more.

It’s a wonderful place to stay at and has some great perks. 1. It’s close to the quaint downtown area of Golden. 2. They offer transportation to Red Rocks for a fee. The hotel is clean and has a wonderful Tap Room with good food & drinks. It’s a great place!

Eddie Tap Room is a beautiful property. We spent two nights. Modern luxury at the foot hills of Golden, CO. The room smelled of lavender. The bedding was wonderful. It's a perfect setting for romance or time with friends. We enjoyed both! There's a lovely path along the creek to downtown, where we enjoyed local shops and restaurants. Bikes are available for use. The lobby is perfectly comfortable as well as the restaurant and patio. We loved the rooftop cozy gas firepit We would stay here again! 10/10.

The only disappointment with our stay was not the hotel's fault. We arrived at 10pm and our King room had been given to another guest. The manager was apologetic, but said Booking.com had over booked king rooms. This was so disappointing. We sleep in a king bed at home and downgrading a size absolutely affected our sleep quality. We booked our room several months in advance and expected to get what we paid for. Next time I would reserve directly with the hotel and not with Booking.com.

The building is beautiful and plenty of parking. Rooftop seating area and nice open bar/restaurant with areas for sitting, fire pit and corn hole game.

A lot closer to the freeway than I expected. It was ok and night but loud cars start early in the morning

Wonderful boutique hotel that is very much a celebration of the Golden, Colorado vibe! Comfortable beds, good food, great staff, awesome patio for morning coffee or afternoon beer. Loved the easy access to the creek trails and Golden.
