Excellent staff greeted and accommodated me before i walked into the facilities. Bellman loaded my luggage and I was able to check in early which was a bonus. I would recommend simply paying to park if you have a great amount of luggage. Free parking seemed a bit further from hotel, so it was more convenient for me to pay. Hotel is literally in walking distance to all attractions. There's also a free trolley stop behind hotel. Trolley will take you within five miles of Woodlands-Market Street, Mall, Hughes Landing, etc. It was very convenient. There's a plethora of restaurants surrounding the hotel too! Although I had reservations at a brunch spot, I canceled due to time constraints and decided to eat breakfast at hotel instead. The Acqua Restaurant is in the hotel and starts serving a very good buffet breakfast at 6am. This was great timing as an early breakfast gave me more time to sight see during the day. I got a king size room and the bed and bathtub were big and comfortable. The room was huge. Hotel is very clean, smells good, and the staff us AMAZING! I'd highly recommend for anyone traveling to Woodlands.

Hotel was a little hard to find on Lake Robbins. But it was my GPS. I figured it out once I left.

Beautiful environment, very friendly staff, front desk, bell hop, and valet were all very attentive and happy to help. Great location to go to all the places we wanted to go to. It was quiet and dark, was able to sleep comfortably. Wonderful bathroom, great walk in shower with shower head and wand, nice hot water.

The room wasn’t exactly like what the room showed, which we chose from the list. Was expecting a much larger space with a separate living room from the sleeping area. Some of our time there was to be able to relax in the room. The sitting area was not comfortable at all. Only a computer chair and one chair?!

The location is perfect. There’s is absolutely beautiful. There was a great coffee tea selection in the room. The bathroom was beautiful.

I think that it was a bit over priced and did not have as many amenities as other hotels that are not as expensive for 1 night stay. There should be more tv channels. There should be complimentary breakfast.

Perfect location for the concert venue and dining. Nice room decor.

The shower floor was incredibly slippery, I had ti put a towel on the floor while using the shower for some grip. And the soap tray has a sharp metal corner, I didn’t get hurt but imagine someone easily could. The pool is average, lots of views of concrete, not very relaxing.

The clerks at the front desk were friendly and the hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious, we loved everything about our stay. We travel a lot and I can say this hotel by far was one of the better ones we've stayed in. The area provides so much to do. It's quiet . We had drinks and set outside which was quiet and warm feeling.

Im hot natured and the thermostat would not go below 68 degrees. At home 68 is fine. I didn't feel that the room was actually 68 degrees it felt more like mid 70 degrees. Much to warm for me. This was my only complaint

The whole facility was really nice. We picked it due to the location and that did not disappoint. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit.

It got awkward at the front desk when checking in between 2 employees; mainly only 1 making things awkward. But it didn't involve us, just awkward to witness. Besides that, everything was great.

Room service ends at 11:00 on the weekend, and we were starving after returning from the wedding. We were in town for a wedding. I had to pay a higher rate than everyone else since I booked after the deadline. Was not aware of deadline.

Breakfast was yummy, arrived warm & was totally reasonable price.

We were on the 14th floor. #1422. After a little while in the room, both of us hd an odd sensation similar to being in a plane when they pressurize the cabin. It was subtle, but noticable.

They love money water costs $5 no complementary water the handling of any delivery costs money per box, the internet isn’t free and charged per night, better find out where to park a car or it would cost you money as well.
