The breakfast was included in the price however I don’t think I would have paid extra for it. There was a small selection of hot food over cooked bacon, and a bit of scrambled egg and frankfurters. The yogurts and pastries were nice, the coffee machine was ok a nicer tasting coffee would have been good. The restaurant is very small and gets full quickly best to go down before 9am to get a table. The staff on the reception were friendly and helpful . The beds were comfortable the rooms large. Excellent location right on the square.

The hotel was very hot which would have been great if it was freezing outside. Also the reception area smelt of food from the restaurant.

Amazing location right next to the Old Town Square. Comfortable enough beds in a spacious room with a desk, television, sofas and a chair. Clean bathroom and nice warm shower. The breakfast was pretty good and the lunch that the hotel restaurant offers is very nice, with generous portions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the seating area next to the elevator. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and kettle in the room.

Since there is a 24-hour desk, it could benefit from offering a late-night snack menu to those arriving at unusual hours. Other than that, great stay.

This is a 700 year old building in the heart of old town Prague. For visiting this part of Prague, you could not ask for a more fun location. Obviously this is historic and well worn but it's well maintained, and we loved everything about staying here. The staff were so helpful and took clear joy in wanting visitors to love Prague (and this hotel.)

I loved this place, but what others might not like: there's no parking. It's hard to get to by car/taxi. There are exposed 700 year old beams which are easy to walk into if you don't pay attention. It's in the heart of old town so it can get noisy from all the tourists, even into the night. The elevator only goes up 2 floors, and we were on the third floor (we were so charmed we didn't care, but if you're physically challenged, this could be an issue.)

The hotel is centrally located. One review stated it was "steps away" from the main plaza, and that is absolutely true. You really are so close to everything. The room was massive! We had a large room with twin beds, a writing desk, a large wardrobe and a huge bathroom. We were very surprised at how large the rooms were for being so central in the city. The staff were fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful. Every one of the staff greeted us coming and going, asked how our stay was going and gave good advice.

It was HOT and LOUD. We had to request fans and even with the fans on, the rooms were very very hot. They need to upgrade with AC as the summers are getting hotter. Because it was so hot, we wanted to open our windows for breeze, but it was so loud from the nearby bars, it was difficult to sleep. We did end up sleeping with ear plugs and the windows open, but were up fairly frequently. It quieted down around 3am and then became loud again around 7am.

The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We were right next to Old Town Square and the Christmas Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even arranged for a sack breakfast and early coffee available for us when we had to leave super early on our departure day.

The room was very small, and there was no counter space in the bathroom. We didn’t have any place to put our suitcases either. There is no on site parking, and we had to walk 10 minutes to park our rental car in a parking garage under a mall.

Everything.... Location, employees, bed, shower, room size, and breakfast were all the absolute very best. The building has so much charm with its high wood beam ceilings. We spoke with several employees and every one was extremely friendly and helpful. Before I even stayed at the hotel they would email me quickly when I asked questions. They let me leave my luggage at 8am so we could explore the city. Bed was comfy. Room was a nice size and very warm (I was there in January).

Excellent location, especially during the Christmass time, since the hotel lays at the entrance of Staromestske namesti, where Prague's biggest Christmass market is held. The hotel is surrounded with historical and touristic attractions and shops. And the hotel itself is a piece of history, which is also reflected in its architectonic style. The stuff was really nice and helpful, above our expectations. Our triple room was situated in the roof space and it has a magical gothic style ceiling, with 800 years old wood beams. The view and the panorama from the windows just bring you back to the middle age. In the future we will come back, and will ask for the room nr. 16. Thank you for the stay.

Great friendly staff, clean rooms, good shower pressure, great natural light, beg was comfortable. Very comfortable. I was solo traveling, and this was the perfect location for my quick trip to Prague - located off the town square, the side street of the hotel is quiet and gives you the chance to see the square and popular streets before the crowds roll in around 12. If you are looking for simple, central, and friendly accommodations this is a good option for you. Also enjoyed the downstairs bar very much and hotel staff was great, remembers guests by first name

If you are particular about your hair care - bring your own shampoo/conditioner - hotel used all in one body / hair wash

- Best location in a charming neighbourhood of the Old Town - friendly staff with old fashioned service - it’s an ‘Old style’ hotel but Clean and has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and showers clean with good pressure. - Buffet breakfast was great for what you get included, with a nice selection of hot and cold items - we also had Dinner at the restaurant which was also outstanding with traditional Czech cuisine - very happy I booked this - it offered good value for money

Lovely hotel in the heart of Old Town! Nice staff too! Nice breakfast.

No AC...and the price was high for the area. Elevator only goes 2 floors.. then walking up 14 steep, narrow and warped (old stairs). Whe n I explained I had bad knees. And please.could they accommodate on a level 1 or 2...he said only if I paid another $300 (US)...(2 nights). So..there are other choices near there that are able to acvommodate...so ask the right questions. Location was excellent!
