I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, making me feel right at home. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudia, one of the staff members. She was absolutely fantastic always wearing a warm smile and welcoming demeanor that made my stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a spacious area nearby where festivals are held, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Please note that my booking did not include breakfast, but given the proximity of local eateries, it was easy to find delightful options nearby. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Sure, It was an emotional time for me having to take care of my sister’s injury, and I really needed the perfect, peaceful, luxury place to come to it after a long painful day, and yes it was the best moments for me while entering the homy, loving hotel greeted by all cheerful staff, offering all the help they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Mr.Bahgat for your support and advice to upgrade my room and your continuous services. Thanks to all the staff in the breakfast area. I have to mention the excellent room service and the delicious dinners i order daily in my room.

Staff were attentive and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast options were abundant. Location (although far from downtown Cairo) had many restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. number of facilities were available, such as a swimming pool and gym, but we unfortunately did not get an opportunity to use.

The hotel took wrong prepayment of our stay, and after chasing them and booking.com and sending all the documents/ screenshots, I was still chasing (2 months+) for my refund even though they agreed to a refund. In the end, I had to claim back the money through my credit card company, so beware if they wrong amount is charged- it will take you forever!

Great location, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff. The most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, especially Rawan,shahd،Mohamef Ramdan and Elshimy, a lovely and wonderful first impression of the hotel. Everything in the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and spacious with excellent service where we dined. The food was good, great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future

The Crowne Plaza, West Cairo Arkan is one of the best Hotel I have ever been. The room is very spacious, well cleaned and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are fantastic and there are two great restaurants with bar. Infinity pool at the top of the building with a great view. Breakfast and food in general is super good. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and supportive for any of your needs. The check in experience with Mirette was superb. She was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

New, spacious room, clean, next to shopping complex with heaps of restaurants. friendly front staff. Amenities in the room is also great, usually I don’t use hotel shampoo but I could use all provided by the hotel.

Far from all the landmarks of Cairo, my parents room could hear banging noises all day and night and we realized they were renovating the lower floor.
