The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in a quiet spot but at the same time walking distance to everything. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Beds super comfortable. Staff always ready to assist. The breakfast was wonderful.I will definitely stay there again.

My room was on the restaurant /casino side and for historical preservation of the building reasons that side of the hotel does not have an elevator. Staff are super helpful with luggage but it takes away a certain level of independence that I prefer.

Beautiful property in Old Town Warsaw. Very elegant amenities and enormous rooms. Staff was quick to address any requests that we had for additional pillows, coffee, etc.

There was a hiccup with my reservation that was a technical error on booking.com's side. It was a little challenging to fix but that's because of the outsourced customer service for booking.com, not the hotel's fault. Location ended up being farther from our meetings than I expected and getting an Uber from this location requires a walk to another location.

Room was luxuriously equipped with great aesthetics, spacious, quiet and clean. Bathroom was spacious, and very well designed and equipped. The historical aura of the whole building, the classy bar and the cosy Cafe contribute to the great appeal of the hotel to the romantically inclined. Even the casino within the premises adds to the prestigious nature of the establishment. Location almost next to the Royal Castle Square is ideal.

Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered. Though its quality was high, the variety was rather limited for a 5 star hotel - actually even for a 4 star hotel, while the room where it's offered - the restaurant "Focaccia", within the premises - is too small. The buffet is in a quite uncomfortable place, making serving difficult. Also and most importantly, during the check-in process the sudden and unexpected asking for a "deposit" of 500 pln in cash, as a "security" in case of consuming room service lunch/dinner or items of the mini bar, is totally out of place and creates a feeling of distrust towards the guest and definitely not up to the standards of a luxurious 5 star hotel.

This is a gorgeous old-style hotel with all the modern conveniences. Our room was spacious and beautiful and the location is perfect for Old Town locations. Parking is on site and very convenient. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful too — the elevator was out in the wing where we were staying, so they carried our luggage to our room for us. Would absolutely stay here again. Can’t review the breakfast, as we didn’t try it.

My room was very quiet, with a comfortable bed, very cosy. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect, in the heart of historic Warsaw. There are not many hotel rooms in the building so one may feel privacy. Despite the casino operating in the hotel, it does not bother the guests. Complementary, very good quality tea and water in the room.

If it is about the room, the devil is in the details - no lamp on the desk, not enough place to hang your towels and cloths in the bathroom, no heating in the bathroom and a huge mirror in front of the seats is not really a great idea, either... There was a mistake from the reception to charge me for breakfast, which in fact was included in the price. They said they would send the amount for breakfasts back to my account, but it happened only when I reminded them several days after return.

The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport. And close to the Old Town.

I was looking for a place with parking and this hotel came up. It did say in the description that the parking was not free but I did not pay attention. I thought that a 5-star hotel should provide free parking to their guests. That was a bit disappointing and expensive. So I'd like people to be aware of that.

The hotel was exceptional. All the staff were superb and could not have been more kind and attentive. We enjoyed our meal with friends in La Focaccia but unfortunately didn't take breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer and will most certainly come to Warsaw again - and hopefully, you will have space for us to stay at Bellotto! Thank you...

Nothing! It was perfect for our stay - we had to attend the International Opera Awards at the opera house and have a meeting with the Warsaw Chamber Opera at their offices...

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The location is absolutely marvelous. The breakfast was wonderful. And the hotel crew was helpful, friendly and warm.

We got a bit lost at the beginning inside the hotel. I think that maybe it needs better signs (where the lift is, or the room numbers). But it is not terrible.

The place itself is very charming. Amazing location, very close to old town. The room was clean and cozy. It didn’t feel like a typical crowded hotel, it was more exclusive experience. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was helpful.

While the room was clean there was a thick layer of dust in a bathroom on a phone. There was some staining on a bathroom floor, I’m not sure if it’s permanent. If it is then I understand. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s something could be fixed easily as it is an upscale property. Would be nice if parking was included in price.

This was our 2nd stay in Bellotto. We loved it the first time and that's why we booked it again. We loved our last stay even more than the first one. We were lucky to get an updrade to a suite, which was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay unforgetable. Bellotto has become our hotel of choice.

Room was very clean and had everthing travellers might need. The restaurant has high quality food. Location was exceptional. Wifi was very fast. So in general, we had such a great stay that we did not want to leave.
