We had a great week at Vile Dalmacija. With 2 young children, the location next to the little sandy beach is ideal. It is also just a 5 minute walk to a big Tommy supermarket. Our villa was compact yet comfortable, and the outdoor terrace was great for playing/outdoor dining. The air conditioning in every room worked great and we were provided with plenty of towels and toiletries. There are blackout blinds in the bedroom, which was brilliant for our children's naps. We availed of the bar and/or restaurant almost every day and enjoyed the food. Highly recommended for a family stay!

The villas do not have a washing machine but a laundry service is available. Our terrace did not get much sun due to its location - this was not a problem for us but it made it difficult for us to dry our wet clothes/towels. The playground is deteriorating a bit and we were a bit nervous about the safety of the equipment.

The people here are so kind and their effort at service is big. The location is fantastic. We paid for breakfasts to be included and, when we had to leave too early on the last day, they packed us sandwiches, snacks, waters, and juices to take with us! There are stores in walking distance. The restaurant and bar are great. There's also a place just next door that also has stellar food and they put the football games on. This place is perfect for people with kids. There's space to play so much that you can sit in cozy restaurant seats and watch your kids play. There are lots of other kids, so they don't get bored.

See positive comments about kids. This is heaven for families. For calm beach time as just adults, I'd look further.

Perfect location – just a 20-minute scenic walk from the ferry, 1 minute to a sandy beach, 1 minute to a lovely restaurant, and 5 minutes to a bike rental. The house is bright, clean, and quiet, with a cozy veranda. There are air conditioners in every room, and even mosquito repellents were thoughtfully provided. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was a fresh and tasty buffet.

The plumbing could use some updating

Very nice, modern facilities, comfortable apartments, well-maintained garden, swimming pool, nice restaurants, great location, sandy beach, nice staff.

Some of the waiters in the restaurant were a bit unmotivated and didn’t provide good service. But not every one of them! The rest was very nice. One other thing is the costs of the final cleaning that they put on the invoice separately - I would include this in the price of the apartment.

Clean - private - comfortable, plus close to the beach and town center of Preko. Perfect place for a quiet weekend. The beach was the biggest surprise. Sandy bottom stretched several hundred feet into the calm sea with water no higher than our waist. Perfect!

Ferry schedule? But, it's an island, right? :)

The receptionist Marlena was amazing, we had a very early ferry booking to Zadar one of the days and she helped to get a packed breakfast for all of us. The apartment is very nice with a great outdoor seating space and comes with all the kitchen utensils you need. There is a dedicated parking space right outside the apartment as well.

The rooms are a little tight.

In general, the accommodation met our expectations in all ways. We had a very nice villa, with everything required to make it as comfortable as possible. The location is just amazing and beach is easy accessible. Kids loved the pool and the playground. As well the food in the restaurant was of great quality.

Staff in the restaurant was very kind, thank you Dario for your kind help :) Meal was excellent and plenty both for breakfast and for dinner, selection and variety was wide. Location of the apartments is perfect, close to the beach with good access. Apartment was OK and with good facilities, quiet, clean. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk only. The apartments are in the middle of Preko, which is a lovely village with nice locations, we made walks every evening.

Not enough place for clothes and stuff within the apartment, some wardrobes would have been useful. Cleaning was made every third day, it might have been more frequent. Sometimes the electricity went off, but was repaired within reasonable time.

Modern clean and well equipped. Staff very hopeful before arrival and during stay. House keeping staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely area. Great beach. Clean.
