The walls are v dry thick so we were able to enjoy ourselves without disturbing others. The Breakfast Buffet was amazing!!! Top notch food options!!! Great location. Great Staff. They have a natural sulphate free toiletries so you don’t have to bring your own. Big win. Most hotel toiletries are drying and horrible.

My only advice is to change the jacuzzi water more often. The guy put chemicals in it but the spa had foam and floaties. I wasn’t sticking my ladies parts in that water.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent. The staff addressed our concerns on the spot. Anthony was our of my favorite people to talk to. The staff always greeted us with a “Good Morning!”. The hotel is within walking distance of San Clemente State Park.

Nothing! For a stay you could not ask for more. The staff needs to wipe down the patio furniture between guest stays and check the stairwells for trash each day.

quietness-the even numbered rooms face a golf course with essentially no road noise; the building is very solid with little sound from adjacent rooms. The breakfast was great. Cleanliness was fine. Only minor glitch- the TV was hard to get to activate until the remote control batteries were replaced.

Great staff but the pool was closed which was the reason we booked taht location. Despite that the rooms were great and it was very comfortable and quiet.

The pool was not as advertised as being out of use for the stay we booked. As we hav a toddler that was one of the reasons we booked.

Nice location and the rooms are spacious, staff was friendly and tried to help. Breakfast was good and everthing was clean.

No change and no washing detergent for laundry, even though they have announced that on a info note in the rooms. We had to drive to the next gas station at 11pm...

Never cleaned the room or left clean towels after our initial check in. We parked inside near the entrance and our clean car was covered with water and deposits from the ceiling dripping.

Property was easy to get to.

There wasn’t enough covered parking but there really is y anything that can be done for that based on location of hotel and the surrounding businesses. Also, tv was not a smart tv so unable to use Netflix/hulu.

The room was nice for two elderly women to entertain grandchildren. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was tasty.

They didn't allow us one minute late check out and actually phoned the room at 10:55am. People in their 80s don't move as fast as they once did.

Good breakfast, good quality beds, location right off the freeway allowed for easy access.

Could hear noise from other rooms which seems to be typical for hotels but running the fan helped greatly. The sofa bed was a pass - family member slept on the couch instead.

Clean and a good room size. Comfortable queen beds. AC good so had an excellent nights sleep. Lovely towel art which was a great extra touch. Pool area small but nice to be able to sit outside on a longer although no sun in afternoon or evening.
