The location is idyllic, room was great, staff all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and aesthetically very very nice. The Indian restaurant is absolutely amazing! The beach restaurant is great too!

No adult pool and the adult zones aren’t regulated. There were a lot of kids and at times it wasn’t very peaceful. The pool was hot! It was quite hard to cool off during the day, with it being mid summer the sea was quite warm so it would have been nice for the pool to be cold to be refreshing, instead it felt like a bath and was extremely shallow in most parts. The buffet restaurant was very overpriced, it was a great a la carte restaurant in the day but turned to a buffet at night. We felt like the hotel missed having another a la carte restaurant as I don’t think many people would have 2 Chinese or Indian dinners in 1 week.

Beautiful property with well maintained lush territory, great beach. Rohan from f&b is an absolute superstar (the only hotel staff member that genuinely belongs to hospitality industry). Beach attendants are very helpful too.

Resort was full of kids. If you are traveling as a couple or with friends probably it is better to look for a different place. We had to move rooms due to screaming kid in another room. Hotel allows kids / babies even in adult section pool area which is really not what you would expect from relaxing holidays. Staff is cold and even a bit arrogant; food selection is great but lack of flavour - even the breakfast buffet is lavish but struggled to find anything tasty (and I am not a fussy eater). Check out and departure experience was also very cold and very transactional. Serious training on customer service needed in this resort, although the hard product is nice.

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and at ease. The beach was absolutely stunning—clean, serene, and perfect for long walks. We spent hours strolling along the shore, soaking in the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere. The sound of the waves and the soft sand made it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Pool was quiet and there was always a lot of spots available. Waterbottles and beach bag were provided ! The breakfast was simply fabulous, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. It became one of the highlights of our mornings. We highly recommend going for the bed and breakfast package, and go to *Amari by Vineet* offered a luxurious Indian dining experience . *The Duck Laundry* was a fun and creative take on Asian fusion, while *Beach Rouge* provided a perfect beachfront dining experience, combining incredible views with a diverse menu. The ICI corner with icecream is so cool too. And a lot more to discover there. The hotel offers a variety of activities during the day, including arts and craft workshops, which were a fun and relaxing way to spend the afternoons (painting on bottle, dream catcher workshop..). The tennis court was available free of charge (you only need to pay for the tennis balls), which was a nice touch for active guests like us. You have access to everything on the App, you can book the restaurants, the activities. so smooth. We also loved spending time exploring the boutique at the hotel, which had an amazing selection of items. Overall, we can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a place with plenty to do, this hotel offers the best of both worlds. Every aspect of our stay was lovely, and we can't wait to return.

While our stay at this hotel had its good moments, we were quite frustrated with the bathroom service. The products were never refilled properly during our entire stay. It seemed like we were always missing something—whether it was shampoo, towels, bathrobes, or body lotion, which became pretty annoying over time. It was especially inconvenient to have to constantly request these basic items. That being said, the staff was super responsive whenever we reached out. They were quick to resolve the issue each time, but the need to repeatedly ask for such essentials did affect our overall experience. My sister went there in March and had a cute bracelet that they forgot to give us... hopefully next time :)

An absolutely fantastic experience . Hotel is truly 5 stars. Facilities are new and shiny. Staff are very helpful and nice. Everybody speaks perfect English. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.Food is great with many options . Beach is drop dead gorgeous with blue clean water , golden sand and palm trees. Loads of beach chairs available. I even saw staff cleaning the beach , amazing. Loads of entertainment . Free English Premier League live games on TV which is absolutely out of this world. Over all : just WOW . Wi Fi is super fast and reliable. Well done Lux Belle Mare , I will definitely come back.

I can not think of anything . May be move the barrier in the see ( to mark swimming area) a little bit further for strong swimmers .

The hotel is over the top. The best 5-star hotel we ever stayed in, much better than recognised brands (kike Shangri La). It is so beautiful and well-maintained. Every detail says how much the owners love what they do. They clean the beaches at night, cut grass and maintain gardens and ponds with golden fishes so they look like a picture. Even towels smell lavender! All kinds of activities every day: surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, catamaran etc, sports classes, art workshops, outdoor cinema, music bands and DJ etc. And everything is very high-quality. SPA is huge. Food: another 10 stars, we tried all their restaurants and we loved everything. The breakfast buffet is impressive, better than in fancy restaurants. Very famous pastry chef. Just wow!!! Still remember their deserts… We will definitely come back!

- Will definitely recommend this place. It’s true heaven on Earth. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Almost everything was perfect here. - Hotel has very nice interior and exterior design and has been seriously renovated. - Amazing beach with clear water and white sand. - Great restaurants. We loved the most Beach Rouge for lunch and dinner. And Beijin duck is the best in Chinese restaurant. - Great variety of water activities, most of which are free of charge even water skies. - All-inclusive package worse that. Great variety of drinks and food included. You do not need anything beyond that.

In general everything was great, but if we were a hotel critics I would mention couple of things to improve: - Not all members of staff are well trained and professionals enough. Some waiters and managers are great, while the others are not friendly enough or not attentive enough or slightly lazy and boring. - Room service could be a bit better. We asked certain things couple of time that were forgotten or missed and we had to remind people. - It would be great to have more activities at the hotel and to get people engaged.

Everything, this hotel takes food and service to another level. Just dont know how ill ever be satisfied at another hotel. The beach is kept prestine, the pool is perfect but the food and service is what puts this Hotel in another galaxy. The buffet dinner looks like something out of a fine dining master class. The pastries need to be preserved in a museum. Fantastic, hopefully will be visiting again soon.

Absolutely immaculate hotel inside and in the grounds - very tasteful and beautifully appointed. Rooms luxurious and comfortable. The staff were absolutely outstanding and the food and drinks were of the highest quality - the breakfast and dinner buffet is the best I have found in any hotel.

Needs a clear sign at the entrance or you can miss it. Perhaps some adult only dining areas for dinner would be welcome.

All the Staff were fabulous without exception. Meals and facilities were all outstanding. Jennifer as customer relations was very helpful to us, thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay, great beach and pool, we also made good use of the watersports center where the staff were friendly, and equipment was good.

There is a dependency on the Lux mobile App to organise your stay and to book events and make use of the concierge. To enable guests to have a better App experience the hotel internet would benefit from being more reliable and faster. The App often freezes, and it becomes frustrating to use.

All the time the fire alarm was audible again and again. Sometimes you couldn't get answers about some facilities. Like, massage prices - menu without prices. Some procedures were included without asking and with additional payments I saw only in the bill I signed.
