From arrival check in was smooth front desk attendant was very upbeat kind and very helpful . The room was very clean and spacious not long after front desk called and asked if everything was to my liking ! . On 2nd second day of my stay , me and my significant stepped out to go to the store , When we came back the room was spotless !!! . I had to double check the room number lol . When interested in extending my stay the night before check out I called front desk with a few questions . The young man was respectful an upfront told me he was unsure and to check in the morning with the manger a gave a timeframe to do so which was greatly appreciated . The morning of check out I made the decision to extend , The process was smooth and the Man working the front desk was so kind and attentive I left my change an he got my attention an returned it to me . 10/10 WooHoo Thank you SureStay Chula Vista !!!

Great location for our event . We go to shows at the Amphitheater and this works well.

The shower/tub was extremely slippery and my wife had a scary experience that could have been really bad. She’s doing ok but the tub needs grip strips . I told the front desk and the gal with the Russian accent was not helpful and she said that she was aware of the issue. I explained that management needs to be informed. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a nice stay. Someone will get hurt if this is not addressed.

The rooms have been upgraded and felt comfortable and clean.. staff was kind and considerate and very fair booking price.... Will stay again

Obviously the place is being rehabbed so hopefully the outside concrete paths and stairways will be cleaned up Considering the area, we felt safe and it really was quiet on the second floor The only negative was the stairs.. be careful, they are old and extremely steep.. I reinjured my knee through no one's fault but the steepness forces much weight on each limb

The location was great,had plenty of restaurants around the area and was close to the bus and trolley.

I wasn't informed that we wouldn't receive our deposit right away until check out time. I'm used to getting the deposit back when we turn in the keys and have our room checked.

The manager Carlos was very friendly from the beginning to end. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room door wouldn’t close properly but Carlos called maintenance to try and fix the issue. It took me a few times to try and get the door to lock everytime I left the room. It was a hassle always leaving.

Great location for breakfast over the road . The breakfast they provided was good as well. Dinner next door at the Texas roadhouse the hi lite.

Room was ok. Would like to have a bit more space. Took more than a week to get our room deposit back which was a bit unusual.

It is a nice motel, ideally located just outside San Diego but surrounded by restaurants and across the street from the Trolley Station.. Small but nice pool. Decent size and clean rooms. The staff is friendly.

Wow what a surprise! Such a bargain. The best price and great location. It is a budget hotel but has decent towels. The breakfast is free and great coffee. The kids were free and saved us alot of money.

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was great! The location is good as you can walk to many restaurants and it is close to the five freeway as well.

Some of the rooms are set back from the main road, but because ours was closer to the road, it was a bit noisy in the early morning hours.
