We arrived fairly late but tired. The young lady on reception was excellent and spoke very good english. She explained everything to us and made us feel welcome. Parking was good and convenient. It is not too close to the city centre but close to all facilities. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Having the mini kitchen and lounge area with dining facilities, was much better than just having a hotel room with bed and bathroom. Stove, sink, microwave and fridge along with plates, cutlery and pots and pans worked well for us. What a great idea.

It is fairly close to a busy road and as we live away from a road, it was unusual to hear the slight noise. But with the shutters closed it was almost silent and we were soon asleep, so it really didn’t matter. But being close to the road also meant all amenities were only a short drive away. So that is a plus.

We booked this as a resting point, as we were travelling back home. Good location close to the highway. It has some nice burger restaurants within walking distance so we could also find something to eat quickly. Staff was very welcoming and helpful Good value

Breakfast was a little limited in options, but also the availability of the food. We went to eat at around 9.30 (they were open until 10.30) and already everything was almost over and the staff was not adding more food, although I could see they had it ready prepared in the back The room has a small kitchinette, but it wasn't very clean, also you need to pay attention that you clean anything before you leave, otherwise they will charge you a cleaning fee (based on the paper that was in the kitchen)

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms were dark, therefore good for sleeping. The provision of a kitchenette was really good. Check in out of hours was excellent and efficient (codes for the gate and door sent to us, key left at the room). We used the EV chargers and were impressed with the ease of use. All in all an excellent hotel that suited our needs (one night stay to break up our journey from the UK to Provence)

Being picky, the rooms are a little tired, and the markings for the EV bays aren’t that clear so non ev’s were parked in them- this could be problematic if you arrive needing to charge and you can’t charge because a non EV is taking up a space…..(the car park is plenty big enough)

We have been using this Hotel for the past few years when we return South after having worked in Paris. We always arrive very late so the little kitchen is a real bonus to still be able to have something warm to eat. The interior is dated, but who cares at this price, a room with a balcony - very usefull when you are a non smoker but the other two smoke.

As I said before, I donot think you can complain about much, as it's definitely good value for money.

We liked the quiet location, the size of the rooms, free parking, the availability of a fridge and cooking facilities, and clean, fairly new towels. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The countertop in the triple room was damaged (probably a previous guest has put/left a hot pan on it). The separate toilet has no sink. Maybe a WC waterbasin with the sink on top can be a solution. The curtains may be washed rather sooner than later. But all in all, a good hotel and good value for money.

Plenty of room in the apartment. Small kitchenette but adequate for what we needed. Seperate toilet and bathroom was good, very roomy bathroom with a bath. Bed was comfortable. Had a balcony but shame there were no views as such. Free on site parking, with locked gate at night. Breakfast included in the rate of the room. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of food on offer, hot and cold. Easy to find from the motorway.

Missed a view but that is minor.

Excellent 'studio' appartment with kitchenette suitable for 1-2 night stay. Easy to reach off J14 of the A10 - straight down D2701 to the end roundabout and there it is. Nice to have a balcony for a bit of fresh air in the morning. Be sure to contact reception if arriving late as the carpark gate is locked and you need a code to enter. Have stayed before a couple of years ago and they seem to have refreshed rooms with some new paint. Some simple restaurants nearby if you need them.

No real complaints. Would use again.

It’s spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

The heating didn’t work in the room 411 so we were a bit cold. Even with the temperature put up to 32 on the system it still didn’t function. As we were only there one night and we left early we didn’t complain. We also thought that the TV is too small to be as far away from the bed as it is.. needs to be a far bigger screen at that distance.

The property is clean, in a suite accessible place, easy to find with parking and 6 or more electric charging point (type2) you need a badge or scan the QR code. Staff very friendly. The property is a good value for money that is for sure.

The apartment had all the facilities required for an overnight stop. Very clean, plenty of free parking. We asked for a balcony and we got a room with a balcony. Not a lot to see but ideal for sitting out on and e joying a G&T after a very long day. Had to phone ahead due car issues and the receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was a good selection.
