The smile of all employees was very important to me. Everyone did their best for our demands. I was very pleased with the service of the breakfast team and their manager and the taste of the food. The reception team and their manager were always well-groomed and smiling. Every morning they asked how everything was going the day before. The location of the hotel was close to nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room and the balcony was very nice. I will definitely stay in the same hotel on my next visit. Free entrance to Lancaster Eden Bay was also excellent. I would like to thank all the management and all the staff. You made my vacation perfect. I wish you success in your professional and private life. Stay healthy until we meet again.

The Lancaster Hotel had a desk in the airport which helped us about shuttle bus. They called for the shuttle and in 10 min it was there. The reception in the hotel was very kind, caring and supportive(both the lady who was very nice and guy). Room was large, comfortable and bathroom was clean and well renovated. For our rental car, there was a person to take it to parking any time during the day. We had partial see view and very close to corniche. We did not have breakfast or meal there, so I cannot comment about it. It really worth for the price.

The safe box was very old. I wish there was slippers in the bath room. Also the Key cards were a bit old fashion. ( all very minor issues)

The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a delicious and diverse selection of food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They addressed any concerns I had promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a genuine focus on guest care. I would like to extend a special thanks to all the hotel staff, particularly the reception team, Hussein and Ahmed, for their warm hospitality and quick responses.

I loved everything about Lancaster hotel The staff were all amazing Maha from reception and Hussain from reception and Yousif they did an amazing job , always helpful and supportive. I forgot my watch when I checked out and on my way to the airport they called me to take it back and the driver from hotel took us back to take it while being so friendly, this hotel has the best staff ever they made our stay so amazing, definitely coming back

We booked one night at this hotel as we were transiting through the airport The shuttle was there and it was easy to find the counter right at the exit from customs Room was clean and spacious Staff were friendly

There wasn’t hot water and we had to wait for one hour to have hot water But it’s no big deal I would stay here again as I like the place

The room I booked was a suite. As a suite, I was expecting to see a separate area for the sofa, kitchenette and desk, etc. from the bedroom. But the room is basically a single space, oversize room with an attached bathroom and balcony. I think the common areas and elevators can be improved by cleaning up the scratches on the walls and elevators.

I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Hotel! Everything was excellent, the room was clean and with all that you need, the view from the balcony - absolutely lovely and the staff - was very kind and willing to help with anything I needed. After my arrival they even brought me a full plate of fresh fruits. Also, their free airport transfer service was very helpful. I will definitely be back and I totally recommend this hotel!

I stayed one for one night, and this was my transit hotel. Unfortunately, I had to work and could not enjoy the city, so the view from my room gave me a little peace of mind while working. I forgot to bring a outlet converter for Lebanon, but the hotel was nice enough to lend me one. The staff at the hotel was very nice too. I felt terribly sorry for not having cash for tips. The free shuttle to the airport was also a big plus.

The moment I walked into this hotel, I felt I was at the right place. The staff were very helpful and friendly, facilities were great, and everything else was beyond exceptional. I could tell the staff really wanted my stay to be the best; from calling my room everyday asking if I needed anything or anything else I had requested etc I want to personally thank all the staff members I interacted with, from Hussein, Mayssa (front receptionist), Zein (front receptionist), Ahmad, Jamad, and Walid (General Manager). I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit Beirut!

Absolutely nothing - Everything at this property was exceptional!

This hotel is a hidden gem. I have stayed repeatedly at the facility on my trips to Beirut. It simply feels like I'm at home. The staff are exceptional and so helpful. The building is clean and beautiful. The rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable. The manager at the front desk gave me a room with a view of the sea that is spectacular. the rooms are quiet and the air-conditioning is perfect. Most important of all is they have an amazing staff. It truly is rare to find that kind of hospitality. I will most definitely stay again.
