The staff was really great! Shoutouts to Ray, I had to quickly leave my luggage and take off on the day of the check-in. The staff were very informative about downtown MKE and rest of Milwaukee. It's also in a wonderful location, close to many restaurants and right adjacent to Historical Third Ward, and not too far from the Art Museum and Harley Davidson museum.

It's by a main street and I noticed that the patrons of Milwaukee love their motorcycles (I don't blame them, and home of Harley-Davidson) along with sports cars. You'll hear some revving, perhaps if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the main street.

Beautiful, hotel in historic building that made real efforts to have the history reflected in the design. Felt more like an apartment building than hotel. Giant windows in the room. We were in town for an event at the convention center - easy 8-10 min walk to it.

The internet would not connect on my laptop; had no issue connecting on my phone. The breakfast was extremely limited. There were the hot items (Eggs, bacon/sausage), oatmeal, or waffles. Very little beyond that. Would like to see more fruits and yogurts at a minimum.

The room was very spacious and had all of the amenities needed to have the comforts of home away from home. The room was clean and met our expectations.

The security guard at the Huron hotel who is in charge of letting you into the parking garage was non existent. This left you out in the cold during sub zero conditions waiting and ultimately having to walk around the entire building to get into the lobby of the Huron Hotel. I let the front desk know at Homewood Suites and Lori put on her coat and walked me over there to make sure I got in. She turned it around for their lack of customer service. Thank you Lori you're Awesome!!!!

Breakfast was okay, could be better, but is fine for a quick grab and go. Bed was plenty comfy and everything was clean. Staff was friendly and the location is superb. Overall a great place to stay Downtown Milwaukee.

Not much to dislike other then the standard hotel breakfast, and that doesn't really count. A better variety of hot food would be better I suppose, maybe some other meat choices and a better quality egg. I'm nit picking here though.

Well cleaned, great location, and good facilities.

Parking was very inconvenient, and the staff didn't have our room ready despite it being an hour after the check in time. The receptionist asked us to wait while she contacted housekeeping, and then she went to the back and did not do that. She also forgot about us, so we had to talk to someone else.

Location, large rooms, great historic location.

If you say breakfast is served until 10 staff shouldn’t be removing items at 9:45. I understand not refilling items, but what is there should remain until 10. Staff was pulling stuff away literally as I am standing (before 10am)

Breakfast was decent not great. Location was central to what we wanted. There was a very nice food area two blocks away with many choices. There was a Tesla charge station right outside the door which we used once for free!

Coffee was weak. Parking was expensive although they had a charging station right outside the door for our Tesla which we used for free.

Our room was spacious and larger than we had expected. It had floor to ceiling windows and a sitting area. It was in a perfect location downtown for what we ended up seeing and doing.

The free breakfast was good but I have had better at other Hiltons. It was missing fresh fruit and yogurt among a few others but it was still good.

Very conveniently located to entertainment and places of interest. Right next to the market and good restaurants and only a few blocks from the Riverside theater. The hotel rooms are big and spacious with high ceilings giving it a bigger feel. Almost a full kitchen, no stove, but it was wonderful. Love the brick style and setup.

Great continental breakfast variety. Kitchen staff very friendly. Room was a great size.

Room upstairs was loud. I was charged for Teo nights of parking by the hotel but I had to pay again because I took my car out of the.lot.
