We had a big family apartment with two bathrooms and lots of space so I was really pleased. It has all amenities that we needed. Location was really good within a walking distance to all the main sights and restaurants. All in all very good stay

I really liked this apartment. I do prefer to meet person/receptionist when checking in but at the end the instructions given via WhatsApp were clear and concise. Maybe a few more hangers would be nice. My other half wished bed to be a bit more softer but I slept very well

They messaged to inform me on arrangement to collect the keys on arrival and kind gesture to waive the deposit. On entering the unit, it was clean, a good feel when we enter, brightly lighted up. And when we had issue trying to switch on the TV, they responded pretty fast. Most items in the unit are working fine. And it has a nice view of the river.

a little far from the lift, as we have elderly in the group, so the distance is consider long for them.

We stayed in a nice suite and with great view of Kinta river. Collection of key, in and out of the suite is convenient. The place is near to many touristy places. Recommended. Owner is very friendly, he upgraded us to a 3 bedded suite with the beautiful landscape and river view. Aircon is good and cold. Suite is well equipped with all the needed things if you wish for Ling stay. Even had a washing machine 😁 TV has plenty of channels. Overall we have had a pleasant stay.

Muslim friendly, thanks for sejadah & qiblat direction. Clean environment. The basic equipment provided is very good. Good host, very fast feedback. Great service & very comfortable. They provide extra pillows and mattres(toto).

The bathtub looks dirty but still safe to use. The picture on the tv in the living room is not clear. Overall is ok, but need to take action, maybe for other guest those who want to stay longer really need the convenience of this equipment.

Sam was extremely good to communicate with and very flexible with our schedule. We didn’t know our exact arrival time or schedule. He had no problem accomodating us. As well, being foreigners, he was very helpful and easygoing about sorting out a payment for the suite.

Some teas and coffees would have been nice since travellers often don’t want to buy an entire package for a short trip. Super minor thing. Otherwise it was awesome and we fortunately had our own so it wasn’t an issue

The apartment are so spacious and the location is just in front of the riverfront. There are restaurant near by the river. The view is nice

Need deposit of RM200, plus the rate is 200++ all must be pay by cash..the deposit is not stated in the terms and condition. The owner inform once you make the booking. Since I will be chk in very late is not worth it for me to pay the amount so I liaise with the owner to waive the depo. The housekeeping came 15mins early before 12 just because you didnt pay the deposit. It really disappoint me. Its like you want to steal everything in the apartment😅..The parking is RM4 flat using touch n go and you must validate every time you go out. This is under my expectation since normally apartment have their own car park for each unit

Here for a short night stay for family matter. The check-in and out process were quick and seamless. The host were very accommodating and kind, providing us with infos on the variety of food options and near-by attractions. The place is spacious and more than enough for all 6 of my family members. We had a good dinner together, and also a good night rest. They riverfront view at night was also beautiful. Will definitely book the place again in the future.

The utensils and pots and pans were very poor, no handwash liquid in the bathrooms and no detergent for the washing machine. Could not use the washing machine.

Everything. Place is spacious, well maintained and clean. Good place in great location.

Not sure if there's any. Owner / caretaker is very accommodated and communicative. Instruction was simple and clear. Really fuss free and enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back, and definitely will recommend 👍

1. Owner sent detailed information on check in details as well as parking which made our whole check in process done within 15 minutes. 2. Owner assured on cleanliness and sanitized the whole apartment before our arrival. 3. Owner was responsible to ask if we are fully vaccinated before confirming our booking. 4. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Everything was good for us except parking in B2 was quite not pleasant.
