Everything was good. The guy that was at the front Desk with a very nice with helping me get the room straight out he was very very nice. The rooms were very clean roomy everything was good if I come that way again, I would really love to stay at the same hotel, hoping the same people will still be there with the hip and hand and a great smile thanks the guy at the front Desk for his hospitality and his smile it would really appreciate it. Thank you.

There is nothing bad to say about the hotel the employees everything worth good and I would tear any family member any friend anyone is traveling to Valdosta, Georgia about the hotel, and all it has to offer once again thanks for everything

The hotel staff was so helpful when Hurricane Idallia hit. They kept everything and everyone comfortable with extra towels when the AC went out, cleaned the room exceptionally well even when there was no light for the few days following the Hurricane when the whole blacked out. The staff remained happy and helpful and worked with the lack of phone service, lack of internet and the devastation of this area. Kem the manager kept a level head and a smile on her face and was very solution oriented. Lisa was on top of her duties, once again with a warm disposition when the weather and remaining clean up was so hard to deal with. Thanks for a great place to stay when the worst weather hit!

The hurricane

The exterior was a little dated, but it had lots of green space in courtyards on the interior. The room was clean with engineered vinyl flooring. The bedding was plush and very comfortable. We had an accessible room and bathroom and I must say it was large with all the necessities for a disabled person. The roll in shower was big with a pull down shower head and shower chair. There were bars around the toilet and the sink was large enough to roll under. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was a nice touch. for a roll in shower and bars around the toilet. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There was a pool and concrete walking paths that went through the grounds and around the building allowing me a safe walking path for my service dog. Breakfast was provided but was basic. Close to the interstate. All in all a good stay for a night or two.

The slight lips/ bumps on the threshold doors made it somewhat challenging to get in the room. Lack of handicap buttons on each of the entrances.

The property is dated. That being said, the staff that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I have issues with having to pay extra for our xs dog, but being able to walk her right outside our door and NOT across the parking lot was a big plus for me and softened the $20 rate for her. Coffee and muffins for breakfast.

The staff was wonderful at Days Inn Valdosta. I was very appreciative and impressed by the service. Check in and check out was very smooth. The room was clean and the surrounding area felt safe enough. The beds were comfortable and the location is close to many things for convenience.

My husband and I stayed here, and it made us fall in love with Valdosta. The palm trees, the pool, the wonderfully friendly community. It was a nice quiet place to stay and it was perfect for our budget. The staff was very welcoming and kind I would definitely stay here again 9/10. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10/10 is because when we first arrived at the hotel after a 12 hour drive we had to wait over an hour to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk. But over all definitely a wonderful family friendly place to stay.

Someone at the front desk 24/7 or atleast watching it. I know it's difficult when you're the only one working that night but making guests wait that long is very rude.

I liked the room. The room rate was reasonable. I felt comfortable and safe at the hotel. The bed was queen size (was a plus).

I did not like the breakfast. I was expecting the grits, eggs, and bacon. I got the cereal, muffins and coffee.

The staff in all shifts were amazing but the morning crew was extra plus.

Steps going to Seco d floor especially one co joining the 2 hotels is dangerous. The rusted steel frames are so corroded that one van imagine how an earthquake can cause serious injury or death to many

Breakfast was way below my expectations compared to other hotels of your peers. If that area improves, you will be the best. Location 8s tricky for a trucker like me. There isnt enough room on a busy day or if there were 2 trucks in the lot.

Breakfast needs to improve a little

The like the location cause it was easy to get out on the main intersection

The Refrigerator could have been in it's location and one of the comforter had stains on it and that should have been changed
