Spacious and quiet. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Lots of towels. Top floor with elevators. Easy process to get the key and lockers to store luggage while waiting to check in.

The apartment need a good cleaning! Dusty everywhere: lamps, baseboards, closets, etc. The floor, the fridge were not clean, so the cleaning lady came back to vacuum and clean the fridge as well as accessories in the bathroom. The silverware drawer and backsplash needed to be cleaned as well, but we did some cleaning ourselves. The furnishings are basic, no bedside table nor lamp in the second bedroom. No lamp table in the living room.

The only thing which could be improved is kitchen appliances--There is no oven, the size of kitchenet is very small and there is no place to dry kitchen utensils.

Its proximity to a large supermarket and tram stations that could connect you to downtown and other famous spots We also appreciate the offer of luggage room while we wait for our flight.

Upon arrival, the entire place was extremely cold. We checked and found that the windows were left open in every room and area, which didn’t make sense given how freezing it was outside. the walls in the rooms had noticeable marks and scratches that could have been cleaned. The foyer was very dusty, and a little vacuuming wouldn’t have hurt. Basic amenities like toiletries and coffee weren’t enough to last for 6 people until check-out. The second key card provided didn’t work. We tried contacting their hotline for assistance, but no one answered. This was especially frustrating since our arrival and departure relied on the key card system

Located conveniently right on the #5 tram line, and across the street from a huge discount supermarket, this apartment offered easy access to anywhere in Vienna, through the excellent public transport. The TV was connected to the internet and had cartoons for the kids, while the kitchenette allowed us to cook family meals. It had 2 ACs, 1 for each split room, which played a huge role on 35 Celsius days in Vienna. Having spent time in other facilities in Vienna, small things make a huge difference, like the ability to lock the door to the bathroom, the ability to store luggage pre check-in, or sliently sliding doors to the bedroom, etc. It showed the owners really wanted happy guests.We will definitely be coming back!

I think the carpets could use a cleaning (or just get rid of them) and for more kid-friendly place, switch the chairs to be easy to clean (e.g. wooden chairs, not covered with fabric).

Perfect apartment building. Smooth and understandable entrance, safe area, the building is sparkling clean and so is the apartment. Smartly divided: there is an entrance and a place to hang coats and put suitcases, open the laundry facility, washing machine, dining area, kitchenette, living room and bedroom. Everything is very clean, sparkling. We were there for 6 days so after 3 days we asked for additional towels and soap which were brought immediately without any problem. Excellent communication with the apartment's contact person (communication was done via messages on Booking). There is a synagogue 50 meters from the building.

For improvement I would suggest adding a small bin in the shower room and a dish drying rack in the kitchen

The check în at the apartment was really easy with all the info got on the email. The parking under the building was awesome for us since we didn't had to worry about where to leave the car the whole stay. The apartment was clean, beds one confy, the other one not so much, but all in all a pretty confy stay. Also we were like next to tram station (no 5 tram), few minutes walk from no 2 tram, and with the tram you could get in a few min to Praterstern (U1 and U4) or Taborstrase (U4). So quite easy to move around the city from the location with minimum walk. Next to the apartment you can also find a Hoffer where you can find pretty much something to eat/drink.

There was nothing really wich we didn't like, but The couch în the living room was quite noisy and not really confy to sleep in. Also the toalete was in the diffrent room from and it didn't had sink. So after every vizit there had to go to the other room to wash the hands.

Location, size, cleanliness, excellent public transpotation connections, two AC units, store right accross the street. Excellent contactless registration procedure with clear instructions with photos of the house, entrance, keypads for entrance codes etc - you can't get lost when ypu come there for the first time. Very peaceful quarter, eventhough the tram was right outside the house, you didn't hear it inside. .Kitchen equipment is basic and enough for breakfast, but don't plan on making any elaborate meals.

Toilet and shower are separated and there isn't a sink in the room with the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient. They charge 20 eur/day for parking (at a garage, which is a part of the appartment house), but there are at least two outside parking lots with plenty free spaces for 7 eur/24 hrs within a couple of minutes walking distance. If you use couch in the living room as a pullout bed, it spans from one wall to the other, making navigating through living room a bit challenging.

Clean and well organized apartment. Very suitable for families, the entrance, the feeling of security, entering the lobby with a code, then a code to receive the key. There is a place to store luggage, an elevator and everything is so clean and tidy, there is a parking lot on site for those who come with a car. The kitchen is equipped, clean sheets, plenty of towels and soap. A large supermarket in front of the building.

We were a group of 4 and stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was in a very good location with the tram stop at 100m distance. It was very clean and spacious with ample lighting. It had all the facilities as described. They emailed us with clear instructions on how to get in the apartment with access code, and the keys were kept in a lock box. The beds were very comfortable and we they also provided entire kitchen set for cooking. The Hofer mall is opposite to the apartment which is super handy if you need to grab some snacks or grocery if you are planning for a longer stay. Overall an excellent accommodation for a group of 4.

The location is a bit far from HB or city center. It takes around 35-40 mins to reach to the city center. But the connectivity is good and the tram stop is just 100m away from the apartment. Just a disclaimer: You cannot smoke inside the apartment!

We loved the layout of the apt. and it was very clean. It is perfect for families and groups of friends. It allows everyone to be together for meals, talking and truly traveling together instead of separate hotel rooms. We loved all the closets in each room, it was very spacious and we were 9 ladies. The bathrooms were excellent, allowing all of us to get ready very quickly. The storage for the luggage is great. Loved having the supermarket across the street. We had the tram right around the corner which was perfect. I really appreciated that the apt pictures I saw on Booking were exactly the same as the apt we received, thank you for the honesty. All 9 of us had our expectations exceeded and have referred this apt to our family and friends. We all thank you and keep up the amazing service.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing we disliked.
