I went to Vienna for Taylor Swifts concerts which sadly got cancelled but the hostel was very nice. They even played Taylor songs many many times and they were all so nice. The room was amazing. I stayed in one of the 4-Bed-Rooms and it was amazing. The people in the room were also swifties so it made it even better. There's air conditioning in the room which made it so pleasant cuz it was very hot outside. The beds were clean and comfy.

Everything was good. The price of the room was a bit high but I assume it was cuz of the concerts cuz normally they're not that high.

The hostel is in the city very close to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly

In the four bed room, there was one double bed an one bunk bed. So If you are the last one arriving, you have to share your bed with a foreign person.

Room was clean, location was good short walk you have access to U2 and U4 lines plus Tram lines and supermarkets. Good value. Power sockets near bed, shared writing desk.

I paid for a locker, 10 Euro deposit but the locker was right next to the lift so I felt I was blocking people coming out of or going into the lift it was a bad place to put lockers. No place to put clean clothes while having a shower, yes there was a towel rail One card power slot so if that person leaves the room all the power goes out. Shower and Toilet in same room that means person in shower others can't use the toilet.

Parking is a mess. No free parking place in the hotel garage. No parking possibility on the street. Next garage was 1km away… During breakfast only 1 sort of coffee…

The location was okay for us.

When we checked in I noticed that they didn’t take put the trash from bathroom. At that time we already unpacked our stuff and were so tired from the flight so I notified reception about that only in the evening. They said that we have to wait until tomorrow… ofc they offered us to change the room but we didn’t want to move cause we were heading out to dinner. The next day i asked reception if we can check out one hour later they refused our favour. But at night other receptionist said that it is okay. I am not sure, but I guess he was a supervisor so he had more power..? Anyway, thanks to that receptionist we could stay a little bit longer. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but he worked night shift on 9th February. He was the only one reason i rated this property 9.

I liked the central location and that the hostel is nearby the Danube coast. So in the morning I could actually run and exercise along the beautiful river. Also, the facilities - furniture and beds were really comfortable. The view from my window to the Vienna city centre was exceptional. Thirdly, I also liked that I could prepare my meals in the kitchen; albeit it was small and it could get crowded if there are 7-10 people or more.

I did not like that some of the staff would be annoyed at times. e.g. I asked them if I could pay with cash and they told me in a unfriendly manner that they accept only credit cards and that I need to figure it out. Luckily, my credit card payment was successful, but that person could have showed more patience. Luckily, majority of staff was friendly. I understand that the hostel is quite popular with the groups so the staff has a lot on their plate.

I stayed in 2+1 room, it wasn't a dorm, it was a private room. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. They were at the lobby all the time, gave us all the needed informations. The room has a big window which is nice and you can see the street. The street was not noisy at all, I feel safe when I go out the building, and inside the building. The check-in was quite easy and quick. Even though we are smoker, it is nice that you cannot smoke in the rooms, there are trash cans just outside of the main door where you can smoke it. The staff also gave us information about the transportation such as, 24h and more tickets, renting a bike etc. In the room I stayed, there were 2 single beds and one thing that can be used as bed. There was a space for putting my luggage, hang my coat, a table with a light where I can do stuff, the toilet & shower was clean, there were shower gel and hand soap, enough toilet paper. There are also towels but only small size, maybe we needed to ask for the big ones I don't know. Fun thing is the image right above the bed, it gives "graphic design is my passion" vibes, I don't get the idea but it was fun :D There is elevator and stairs. The rooms are sound proof. Lastly, I haven't tried the breakfast but it looks nice and most of the people were eating. There are also other things to do in the first floor.

I get the idea of this place about sustainability, and maybe they have mentioned somewhere but I didn't know that they are not giving slippers and big towels for your body, maybe I needed to ask for the towels. So, take slippers with you because at least in the shower you may need it. There is no fridge in the room as well. About the location, it is not the closest one to the city center but still there are places to eat, drink, walk etc. around. You need to walk to the city center for 20-25 minutes.

This place generally exceeded my expectations. It was a great price for what you got. The room had AC (GREAT for Viennan summers). My roommates were also great. The beds didn't creak meaning no one was woken up at night. The bathrooms had hand/body soap provided which was great. The bed was made for you and you got clean towels when needed. For a hostel, it was a really comfortable stay.

There are some things that weren't necessarily so great. The breakfast for €11.90 was a sub-optimal price for mediocre (yet all-you-can-eat) food. The kitchen also wasn't the cleanest considering it was shared by many people.

Excellent value for money! If you don't want to spend a lot of money on your stay, this is a great option. This was my first visit to Vienna, and Stuff assisted me in getting to the hotel as cheaply and quickly as possible. It is both close to the city center (about 20 minutes walking distance) and quiet. The room was clean, which is my top priority when staying in budget hotels.

I had an odd experience where the electric in the room was turned on with the card, just like in a regular hotel room. However, when you are staying with 5 random people who are constantly entering and exiting the room, you are unsure whether or not to place your card to turn electricity on. When I entered the room, it was dark and empty, so I inserted my card to turn on the lights and charge my phone. Then another person entered and went to the shower, and I had to leave the room. I also had to take out my card, which turned off all the lights in the room, leaving the person showering in the dark.I wouldn't want that to happen to me, but I had to leave and needed my card to open the door when I returned. I believe there should be a better solution.

Nice hotel were to stay, clean and well organised. I really appreciated the splitting of the bathroom in two rooms, considering that I travelled with other four friends and this made everything much more easy during our stay. We slept comfortably, thanks to excellent bed facilities, and each member of the room had his own privacy. The room was wide and there was a window to refresh the environment when needed. I really recommend this staying.

The most inappreciable detail was that the room only disposed two little stools were to sit... really unsuitable if you are sharing the room with four friends.
