The hotel was very clean with a minimalist style, no decoration at all at the room (which in self is not bad). There sere some insects in the restrooms (silverfish) which i think is basically linked to humidity, not annoying but well, it must be said.. The breakfast was a bit expensive (14 euros). We were at 25 minutes walking from the very center of vienna (stephenplatz) so this was good if you like to walk. Generally the hotel is very good, very functional and clean.

sheets and blankets instead of a heavy duvet in the heat of an Austrian summer. floors were covered in what looked like fibres from linens and could have been cleaned before we were given the room and were not cleaned during our stay so had to wear flip flops/ shoes during our stay. maybe with temperature going up all over the world it might be prudent to install aircon

The hotel is located very close to the center and trams and buses pass nearby. The metro is also 10-15 minutes away. The hotel is clean and spacious, the rooms have a clean and functional design. There are external blinds which help a lot in summer. Our room had a kettle for hot water, a nice refrigerator with a camera and a microwave. The beds are comfortable and big enough. I recommend the porkings P + R, which are 6 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes by transport, their price is less than 5 euros for 24 hours. We also used short-term parking with coupons. Parking next to the hotel is more difficult and when the luggage is removed from the car we had to park in a restricted area. It would have been nice to have a luggage trolley, we had four bags and extra luggage and took it off several times.

I'm often in the city for work reasons and this hotel is by far my best experience in Vienna. The hotel staff is young, friendly and willing to help. The building and the rooms are big, bright and most of all CLEAN. The hotel is well equipped with useful common areas and the breakfast is very good, varied and inclusive (vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose intolerant options!). I will come back for sure!

Great value for the money. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We were able to store our luggage while waiting for our room and the staff was very friendly and handled a challenging situation well.

We showed up 1 hour before checkin and our room wasn't ready so we were told to return. When we returned 15 minutes after checkin time, our room was not ready and there was a line up of people in a similar situation. They may need additional cleaning staff if this is a recurring problem. Other than that, everything was exactly as expected.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, extra door to the bedroom (so the noise from refrigerator or people from the hallway was very low), great room and bathroom design (looking nice and very practical for a rather small/medium size).

Hotel is next to the tram line, so the noise in the morning is rather high, at least from our room. The electric windows shades can only be turned fully off and on; also, if it is wind, they make a strange noise.

The location is super close to the station so it was very accessible, the staff was so nice and helpful, i liked the condiment bonbons :) The room for a family was a good option, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom it felt like a vacation house.

One thing i didnt like was the pilows, too low it hurt my neck. Other than that the stay was super!

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. There was a stove, a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. We liked the location of the hotel . We walked to Old Town but we could also take the tram right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was not included in the room price. It was 14 Euros extra. We didn't buy breakfast so I can not comment on breakfast. There was no TV in the room which was a pity for us at night.

The hotel is just excellent. Clean and friendly, situated next to a small park. Air condition worked well, just as the all the other facilities: shower and kitchen for self-catering. Friendly people at reception. Couldn't have been better. Tram stop in 5 mins walking distance.
