Spacious room with microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Clean bathroom. Big TV. Comfortable desk with a modern lamp and a lot of sockets. Modern AC management with heating available.

Our request for a quiet room was simply ignored if not worse: the room was in front of an elevator and with a window facing freeway and elevated train. Membership is not recognized by their network, so everyone must enter an access code to get wifi. Moreover, due to some reasons the access was lost by different devices at different time, so you need to watch if you are still with wi-fi.

It was our first time to visit Boston so we expect a lot from this hotel. The room is spacious and as expected from the shown images. I stayed for 6 nights and it was a joyful experience for me and my colleagues. The bed is super comfy, the room amenities are adequate (microwave, coffee maker, and the one that I needed the most...the iron), while the breakfast tasted great and very sufficient,, The location itself was very near with subway station (Lechmere station, green line) with only around 5 minutes walking distance. From the hotel, we also can reach Kendall Square and MIT by walking which is super convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone (business trip or holiday).

The price was actually pretty high when we booked this hotel. It was during the high season I assume, so I did not think the price was worthy.

The hotel is a basic one, but the room was equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee machine. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available all day. Breakfast was plentiful, though the pancake machine was out of order. My bed was great, but the cot we requested and the sleep sofa in the room were uncomfortable. The soundproofing was great, or the guests were just quiet, because we heard no noises from the hallway, even though our room was smack in front of the elevators. The TV was just a basic one, with no possibility of connecting to any streaming services. The location is great for anyone who wants to be close to Harvard and MIT, and the trip to Boston on the T was quick and comfortable. The hotel offers parking for $50.00 a day. No street parking is available (by permit only), although I saw a garage nearby.

The cot and sleeper sofa could be more comfortable. The TV could offer access to streaming platforms.

Location was great. Short walk to the T, the subway and only a 15 to 20 minute Uber ride to the airport. Highly recommend. Oh, the hot breakfast every day was excellent. This was a great place to stay.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave before seeing the Ride of Paul Revere.

One, I was allowed to check in earlier than the check in time. Two, the proximity to TD garden wasn’t very far, even walkable if you’re a walking type person. Last, breakfast at this property was wonderful ( scrambled eggs, sausage links, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cereals/oatmeal, fruits and etc ). Also if you need to shop, there’s a couple of malls/shopping centers nearby this stay which was again the best part of this stay.

WiFi can be better but luckily I had good phone service.

Location to Cambridge and family destinations

Comfortable hotel. Clean and with all the basics that you need. Rooms are super spacious. It is well located for when I travel for business and near Cambridge Street with a lot of restaurants and services. It’s well located to access the city center from there too. I will definitively stay here again!

Breakfast is ok but could be a bit more diverse in variety (specifically there is not enough fruit options). But you also have great places to have breakfast in the city, so it’s a nice excuse to go out.

The hotel has excellent location in terms of access to metro/subway Lechmere station which brings you to the downtown area or transfer to any of the other metro lines. It also has bus service to Harvard - which is also very convenient. The room was a standard Holiday Inn Express rooms - so no surprises there. Breakfast was excellent, as always. And there is a large supermarket nearby - if you need it.

Although not a big deal, the view we got was on the main road which has some construction sites and a lot of traffic. I presume the other side - overlooking the neighborhood would be more pleasant. The price was unexpectedly high - I guess it was the season, as all other hotels were within that range - this is just an advice if you can plan your trip around different dates.

Clean. Close to grocery & fast food. Awesome 4 story antique shop a couple blocks away. We loved the breakfast fitattas. Yum! Also the pancake machine. The staff was friendly, helpful, and hard working. Our room was very clean every day…we left a good tip for housekeepers. Love the tiny dove soap bar for handwashing & the bottles of dove in the shower. We will stay here again:).

I was hot the entire time. The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own & only ran on low. Also, housekeeping did not have any fans, which would have helped. The bacon was delicious, but undercooked for my taste every time. The elevators are crazy slow & one makes a loud clunk around the third floor. Could use some ventilation in the elevators.

The hotel was clean and well kept up. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good for hotel buffet style type of breakfast. They had plenty of parking during my stay.

I reserved a room with a king bed but was given a room with two queen beds. Maybe because I checked in early? I did not ask to change. After the first night the cleaning service did not make our bed, or change our sheets, maybe because I somewhat made the bed myself?
