Location amazing walking distance to everywhere, easy of access (no keys) fantastic. Nice welcome bottle of wine and personalised note to greet us. Bed and even sofa bed comfortable. Kitchen had dishwasher which was great. Coffee and dishwasher tablets supplied. Air con was nice and quiet in both main rooms (although no instructions, so trial and error to work out how to use but that could be more about us coming from the UK, rather than the US :)) Had a TV which was nice for a lazy afternoon (although very big for the room). All in all very good would 100% recommend.
Small things that could be very easily fixed. We were 3 people and there were literally 3 mugs (not matching), no wine glasses, minimum cutlery and plates. We used sofa bed and the bedding supplied were 2 sheets and a blanket, a light quilt with cover would have been easier to use and make up the bed each night and would have been more comfortable to sleep with. No welcome information pack with instructions for air con, exit instructions, no tea towels for kitchen. nice lamp in living room would improve the overall ambience of the living area. All these could be fixed in 10 minutes.

Wonderful location, lovely breakfast nook overlooking Charles Street, very quiet until the wee hours of the final morning when we could hear some squabbling from... who knows where.
When we got thoroughly drenched in a surprise downpour, we discovered that the laundry facilities in the basement were inaccessible, and the maintenance staff knew nothing of them.

The location is excellent, with Charles Street offering a variety of charming boutiques and cafés. Beacon Hill is a lovely and safe neighborhood. I stayed in Apartment No. 5, which is very spacious. Although I was there alone, it would comfortably accommodate two guests. The windows provide an abundance of natural light. I was able to get in touch with management via email or phone and was always provided a prompt reply (about luggage storage for example).
I have long blonde hair but found short dark hair in my shower the first night.. otherwise, it was very clean.

Our favorite things about the property were the location, the preserved historical details inside and out, how clean the space was, the closets next to the bed, the view and most of the finishes.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom isn’t working, and the pull on the tub spout was extremely difficult to use and is almost broken. The TV remote didn’t work, even after replacing the batteries. The door hinges next to the bed squeak loudly and can’t be opened without disturbing someone who’s sleeping. Additionally, there’s a lot of condensation inside the refrigerator.

The location was amazing. I loved being so close to Boston Common and Boston Public Garden! We were in walking distance to so many things. The flat was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and even the pull out sofa was one of the most comfortable pull out sofas that I have ever been on (note: the bottom of the sofa pulled out, so it felt like two twin beds, one on the top part and one on the bottom part). We felt safe and were so grateful that we chose this flat to rent. It was perfect for us!!

Studio #9 was fantastic with the view onto Charles Street below. Room was clean and super spacious, bottle of wine was a nice touch. The concierge team were super quick to respond to ANY enquiries which is great and super important when they are not onsite. Would highly recommend.
The wifi had issues - dropped in and out by the minute (that's if you could connect to it in the first place) so don't stay here if you need to use wifi for work - to their credit they were super responsive about the issue and sent a technician out but it still did not work.

The location was excellent. Near a red line T station, close to Boston common and public gardens and the the middle of multiple stores for shopping and cafes/restaurants. Central to a beautiful neighborhood.
The walls were a little thin. I could hear people walking around above me and I know they could probably hear us beneath. We wouldn’t have minded something to prop the window open with will we were in the room sense it did not stay open on its own.

Perfect location! The separate bathroom on the other side of the unit from three bedroom was so nice. The complete kitchen to use was perfect. We were also able to make the pullout couch in the living room into a 2nd bdrm. Everything was new/very clean. There was also laundry facilities and luggage storage downstairs.
The main bed was very soft- too soft for back issues. But that’s personal preference.

The room was really comfortable. It was near some shops so I was able to buy groceries and use the kitchen to cook my meals. It was within walking distance to attractions I did each day.
The external door was sometimes not locked - if not forcefully closed, it will stay open. There was no oven tray in the kitchen nor tea towel.

The location was wonderful. Beacon Hill is such a fun area and so close to everything. There were three couples and we loved the coziness of the living area and there was plenty of room for us to have our privacy as well.
The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable of beds.
