Great flexibility araound check-in/out, place to store luggage, easy walk to airport and huge breakfast selection. Nice calm vibe and lots of space in the reception/dining area.

Great quality for a quick stay near the airport. Rooms are relatively small but enough space for the time you’re there. The gym space is very comprehensive!

There were not many options at the restaurant, and no coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Comfortable beds. Clean and nice rooms. Very close to airport and easily accessible by private road for walking to airport, only a 5 min walk. Breakfast at 4:30am was perfect for my early 6am flight!

No A/C No Vegetarian options in the grab and go foods.

To be improved: No Minibar or fridge in the room, you have to ask the reception to use theirs No tissues I the bathroom; for what you pay this would be the minimum to have Toilet paper very thin and rough, bad quality Low water pressure on the shower Breakfast only available from 04:30 (cold one); my flight was at 06:00 and this could be available from 03:30 or at least they could offer some items from the grab and go. It's an airport hotel, this would make sense.

The hotel is located directly opposite the airport terminal but has soundproof windows. The bar and restaurant in the lobby do not provide the warmest atmosphere and are more for the tech-savvy people: you have to order food and drinks through the internet and pick them up from a counter. If you prefer a more conventional restaurant style for dining then walk for 10 minutes to the Scandic hotel which has a full-service restaurant. For breakfast, the restaurant offers a good selection. Very convenient for an early departure: the breakfast buffet starts with cold options at 4:30, warm options after 6:00.

The staff were very helpful. We encountered having to stay an extra few days. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and professional. I had used my credit card limit for the day and she allowed me to me to pay and stay. Very professional and she could see the stress I was under. Well done. I live in Bermuda and was happy to know that I was trusted to make the payment the next day Well done! The rooms were very clean with sufficient towels and clean linen. The front desk staff directed us to the dining Rea where we were able to purchase something to eat. The breakfast was sufficient and had lots of variety. I look forward to coming to Comfort Inn again next year Well Done!

I found no fault with this hotel. Convenient and very clean

24 hour check in was much appreciated. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the airport which was fantastic, so convenient to the light train station as well. All areas of the hotel were very clean, very minimalist. with lots of open space. Our room was compact but really comfortable and quiet. The desk/chair was useful as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours. On our last morning we had a very early flight so the breakfast room was opened early (4am) so that we could eat something before heading away for our flight.

Interesting industrial decor, and very clean rooms. As well, the food in the hotel restaurant (while a bit slow) was really good. I was impressed that people leaving extremely early can get breakfast (or even lunch packed instead). The rooms were super clean!

The room was fairly quiet, but we went to bed very early because we were getting up at 3am. There were some quite noisy people in the hall in the night. It may not have been that late, but it was disruptive to our sleep. (This is in reference to your bonus question, not a complaint, because our experience was very good).

I had been injured early in my holiday, suffering a broken arm. After sailing on a coastal voyage I stayed at your facility and experienced incredibly helpful staff in a room close to the lobby. The restaurant staff even brought my meal to the lobby for me. Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness.

I walked to the departures area of the airport (how incredibly convenient!!) and borrowed a luggage cart for my early departure on December 1st. Finding such a cart at the hotel would have been nice…but I can imagine that the airport can’t allow that.

Hi, It’s better if you have a price options from my point of view ex: If you stay from 21:00-22:00PM till next morning flight ex:06:00AM you are living the from the hotel on max 04:30 morning.For this type of situation for short stay ex 5to6 hours in the room hotel can be a different price if you choose this option from beginning.
