Very clean and modern, close to the airport.

No many restaurants nearby but that isn’t really the property’s fault.

Very comfortable room, large size, very well appointed kitchen. Standard bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated that the room was well soundproofed since this was close to the airport. Really nice lobby and good breakfast provided.

It was difficult to get a shuttle pick up from the international airport. Someone had to call the hotel for me to get a pick up and I waited nearly 1 hour. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was past 10pm, and there was only one staff doing the check in, and he had to field several phone calls as well. I had to enquire about check out time the next morning in the end.

The property had everything that we needed and many nice things that we didn’t need this trip. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The woman in the front reception when we checked in, (was her name Danya? Danyita?) was so kind, pleasant, efficient, and with a broad smile she made a long day of traveling much more pleasant!

The sofa in the lobby/lounge needs reupholstering.

Staff was friendly and room was clean and quiet.

In the handicap rooms, please have a mirror at the desk. It is difficult to stand for t j e mirror in the bathroom and at the long mirror there is nothing to put makeup or anything on. Also in the bathroom have a shelf to put itms on like shaver, tooth brush, etc. This is very typical of most hotels.

There is not one specific thing that I’d consider excellent. The staff is amazing (from the reception to the shuttle drivers), it is easy to make your way in and out and it is very clean might I add. The complimentary breakfast was also great. They did serve a variety and it was to the liking to my family and mine. Also the shuttle bus was also great! Efficient and quick. There was really no hassle

Nothing really, everything was great.

5 miles from DFW Room was a good size and clean.

The shuttle (one reason choosing it compared to some nearby - there are about 20 all in one area.) didn’t come after 50 mins and two calls! A waste of time and $20 for an Uber. There is no food service so you need to use Uber eats or walk to somewhere nearby.

Nice big room! Could relax much better than a typical small hotel room. Unexpected booking as connecting flight from Melbourne, Australia to Green Bay, WI was cancelled and rescheduled 24hours later.

No restaurants near by. Require a car to get to them. Had to utilise hotel's mini convenience store. Choices so-so.

Close to DFW, even with the air traffic it was quiet in the rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A few issues with the equipment in the room, but for the most part, they were addressed by staff and they attempted to get the issue resolved.

So grateful for the shuttle, easy location to help us navigate cancelled flights and unexpected stays, very courteous and understanding night manager

the room didn’t even have a hair dryer - which I found odd

Room was very spacious, with excellent amenities. Great location for airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially cookie and go runs shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Not really any shops / eateries nearby ( this isn’t the hotels fault)
