Really pretty hotel. Staff is really friendly. Bartenders are great. I wish the bar was open later than 930. The food in the bar looks fantastic. Get the onion rings! The beds are very comfortable. The shower is excellent. We tried to get services, but they did not have enough staff on.

The only thing would be to have enough staff for the people coming in wanting massages. There were 15 people at the bar and they closed early at 9:30.

I had booked and paid for a room in my name. The room was for my daughter, her husband and their two children, six-year-old, and one year-old. They sent me an email to give my daughter permission to use the room, but the email would not go through. Rather than taking verbal authorization, they told her that she would not be able to get into the room. They had been driving all day and were hoping to refresh themselves before going out for the evening instead they had to leave and come back later in order to get into the room. This situation could’ve been remedied over the phone, which I tried to do but the staff there would not allow it.

Beautiful property with great amenities. The spa was excellent and the service was amazing. When we checked out, we asked about getting a breakfast sandwich to go. The lady at the desk said they would stop making them in 1 minute, so she literally RAN to the restaurant to see if she could get there in time. She came back out of breath and was so apologetic that they didn't have any left. Talk about going above and beyond!

Nicely appointed with fun theme elements. Staff was very helpful. Nice bar at hotel and great proximity to Wolgang Puck restaurant next door and Brownwood town center.

Room was unusually damp even for Florida and with AC running. Duvet too heavy. Please provide a lighter alternative as an option. Music in pool area competing with music from Puck restaurant fining patio. Surely, you guys can reach some agreement on that.

Front desk personnel are fantastic. The Wolfgang Puck restaurant is convenient and provides excellent meals/drinks and service. There are several other dining options within 5 - 10 minute walk. Ample free parking at hotel as well as the Brownwood Paddock Square.

Facility and staff were great

Not being able to access ESPN college football on TV was not good. Room needed blankets. Old couples have different “thermostats “! Accessible rooms were as far from the elevators as possible-last room on the hall. That doesn’t make much sense.

Clean, great pool, nice art and style, good bar and restaurant.

Rooms are dark, bathroom needs more light and vanity mirror. Free breakfast for the price would be nice at this price.

We had a wonderful stay with our children – everything was perfect! The place is truly amazing, very comfortable, and family-friendly. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect. It is in an amazing neighborhood. The staff were warm and inviting. The facility was and well maintained. And the decor was very unique and almost comforting in a way.

Location, staff, comfortable bed

As a women there is no lighting to put makeup on in the bathroom. I had to bring my makeup to the window and put it on with my tiny mirror I brought. Very dark bathroom.
