had small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. room was spacious. place was clean and close to the villages. good location if you want to stay near the villages.

we had two fire alarms go off, one at 8-9pm at night and one at 4am. pool was closed for renovation. This property has been undergoing renovation for quite a while but it is never mentioned in their website. only by reading past reviews do you get the full picture.

the lady at the front desk was just as kind, patient, and funny as I’ve encountered! Although this was a very brief stay, she deserves a lot of credit for her “above and beyond” work ethic. I cannot recall her name, but I came in last night at 11:15pm (5/24/23), and left this morning. Property is immaculate, subtle, and clean, but the people make this a great place to crash.

Grandpa and the boys enjoyed the pool, although the water was still a little cold but it was early March after all. The free breakfast was a hit and there was something for everyone. The staff were helpful and friendly despite our last minute room changes, late arrivals, and requests for extra pillows, bedding and towels.

Our rooms were very comfortable and generally clean but starting to show their age a tiny bit.

Breakfast was EXCELLENT! The very nice lady with short hair was the best attendant. My husband was on crutches and she helped him with his breakfast our first morning when I slept in.

Thé breakfast was hot & had enough choices to suit everyone. However I prefer a dark roast coffee & you only served light roast.

There were no cushions on the corner armchair that even had a floor light behind it to make it a perfect reading spot. So I had to take a pillow from the bed to support my back. But there was a minimum of pillows on the bed. Most king-size beds have 6 pillows; ours only had 4 - a bit stingy, but still comfortable.

The reception staff was very polite, excellent answering question but never completed my request. I asked to change the towels early in the morning (Never did) I asked to email me my receipt still waiting for it.

The location was perfect! We could easily get into the Villages and to enjoy the local eateries and enjoy visiting the area for possibly relocation. The hotel is easy to access, in a quiet neighborhood area, and the hotel is so fresh, clean and very nice! We had a lovely breakfast in a big, bright, and super clean gathering area. This Hampton Hotel is one of the best. Enjoy!

Mel at the front desk was AMAZING! We told her that it was our first time ever traveling with a dog. We were going for dinner and she told us if the puppy cried, she would get him and let him stay at desk with her. Well, when we got back, that’s exactly where he was. Thank you Mel for being so wonderful with our Baby Boy!😍
