LOVED the lakefront view (wish I had been able to afford a balcony, it was spectacular). The room was comfortable, impeccably clean, updated, cozy, and had every necessity. It is wonderful being so close to the village "main street" shops and restaurants. We did wind up ordering room service one night and the food was amazing - thank you for a great stay!

The parking each evening was a nightmare, and Friday night was nearly impossible (because of all the guests for the music and happy hour, I am certain). But, hey, we did finally find a spot!

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and always greeted us with a smile. The food was consistantly exceptional. The water view was beautiful morning and at sunset.

There was no breakfast. A few rolls or pastries with the already complimentary coffee would have been a great way to start the day. Also, the restaraunt closed too early.

Nina at the front desk was awesome. Especially considering that we were all there with our pets hiding from Hurricane Milton. She was very kind and understanding. There are obviously improvements being made so there were signs of construction in many places but it was still a comfortable place for us during this emergency.

There was some flaws in the window work but I am unsure if they are a new installation or old and I would suggest having them checked after the storm.

Great location! Right by shops and dining. Practically felt like I was at Disney, but in a good way. Great price, great location. Located in The Villages. Excellent place to stay.

Property under construction. No dining/ restaurant. Great snack/drink/food/booze for purchase in lobby. Not too bad and I'm sure it will be finished soon and then probably great.

Staff very welcoming. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance for an average person. Beds very comfortable. Water view was exceptional.

We had a first floor balcony room, and there was no darkening shade on the French door to the balcony. Exterior lighting shined through the blinds and was very distracting. But I would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a wonderful location. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Beautiful lake and golf course views from our room.

We should have been notified that the back of the property , “The Waterfront Side” was closed due to upgrade construction. So we couldn’t sit out there or use the pool on prettiest part of the property. It was disappointing.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton during a State of Emergency. They did not charge for our pets and we had more than the limit, we thought that was a great thing for them to do and appreciated it. They also had food , coffee, snacks available for the customers. They did an excellent job of keeping up all safe and providing for our needs very well.

The proximity to everything was perfect. The view from our room was amazing. We were in the back facing Lake Sumpter.

That they don't have breakfast included, but at the same time it was nice going out every morning so that you don't have the same breakfast every day

The hotel is under renovation, so obviously there are no facilities available. However the room was wonderful, the view was amazing, the staff were delightful.

Obviously the hotel will be incredible when the renovations are complete. It would have been lovely to have had breakfast/dinner there, and I hope we return to enjoy them once renovations are complete.

Very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a balcony that I had specifically asked for, they switched the room with no hesitation. The new restaurant is great. We received a discount for staying at the hotel. My husband had a late golf game and they let me have a later checkout.
