Having a separate bedroom with a king bed from 2 queen beds was great! There is also a sleeper sofa, which we didn't need or use. There were thermostats in both rooms, which was convenient for occupants. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus - clear water, not too hot or cold, hot tub was perfect! Can't comment on the breakfast, as we picked up something to eat later in the day. The room did have a single cup coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator, which were all clean and worked properly.

The cushions on the sofa were showing some wear - trim was poking through the fabric. There was a soft spot in the floor close to the door, behind the tub/shower - possibly caused from water damage. Management may want to look into this! The desk chair needs replacement, as you about fall over when leaning back in it.

The lady at check in was very nice. My son was talking her ear off and she kept talking right back. Whenever we walked by the kids would talk to her and say hi She double checked that there were towels for the kids to go swimming. The Jacuzzi was a big hit and a great temperature. The shower had great pressure. Our room was huge. We got the suite. That's 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed! Everyone got their own bed! I will book again based on the room and service.

My expectations for breakfast were too high. It was a hot breakfast, but not very good. Still better than just having a continental breakfast. The cheese omelette and sausage links did not taste very good. The gravy and biscuits were ok. Overall not a bad breakfast, but looking at other reviews I had high expectations.

We were able to check in a little earlier my daughter wasn't feeling well. And they usually don't do that but he was very understanding and let us in to get her laying down. The room we had 2 queen size beds and had a couch with a hideaway bed so that was a huge plus and it was a good size room it wasn't cramped up like most hotels you had space to put stuff and a closet in the room we was in.

The beds weren't very comfortable but not as bad as they could be.

My kids loved the pool, and the hot tub was very relaxing. Great location as we were there to go to the Ft worth zoo and The Stockyards the following day. The hotel was less than 15 minutes from both locations. The room was clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. No sign of bugs! Breakfast was great, and there was plenty to choose from. And shout out to the ladies in the kitchen working their butts off to provide for the greedy, selfish, filthy guests that were there that morning. It was absurd how people were acting, but they kept cooking more and cleaning up behind them with a smile. They all deserve a raise! As well as the man working the front desk overnight, I don't remember his name, but he was very nice and accommodating!

Great variety available for breakfast! No deposit required if using a card, which it's no fun when a hotel puts a hold on your card for the deposit, so that was a huge plus. Pool was nice and staff were accommodating when we needed utensils. The in-room jacuzzi was amazing and so relaxing! We definitely would like to have another stay here again.

The only 2 things that were negative with our experience were we had a handicap accessible room so the shower had 2 drains in the bathroom. One was in the shower and the other was a couple feet in front of the toilet. The water started going towards the drain by the toilet, but the drain was sloped a little too much, which made the water go towards the toilet instead of the drain so we had to get a little puddle up with a towel. Also the only negative thing about breakfast was the gravy was nasty. It tasted like canned tuna or dog food, all of the other breakfast items were delicious though!

The staff were very nice.

When we first got here and checked in, we went to our room and could not get in because of a dog. Went downstairs to let the attendant know. We were put in another room quickly but it was not properly cleaned. The hotel looks like it's old and it needs major upgrades to charge as much as it does.

The lady at the desk allowed guests outside to prop door open to the pool area. It was 32 degrees outside and made the pool area cold. Also cigarette smoke was coming in the pool area. Then the group came inside with their box of wine and continued to drink and take over the entire area. Everyone in the pool area left including us. We all left to just let them have it. The children were very misbehaved.

Breakfast was great! Real scrambled eggs - not powder. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the janitorial staff emptied the trash every day!

The electrical sockets on the nightstand that were attached to the light did not work. It was so warm in the room that we had to turn the unit completely off, and the temperature outside was in the 30's.

We enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the whole family. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Omelets, sausage, waffles etc. the staff were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. both our rooms were clean and comfortable.

In a great area felt super safe lots to do breakfast was great

This is my 2nd time staying here and the same issue of no hot water for taking showers or baths also bathtub becomes super slick when washing hair as no grips in the bathtub
