The location was great for arriving by boat into the marina. it was a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and well equipped, the living area was spacious. There was a nice outdoor balcony/terrace on both levels. We were given an upgrade from a one-bedrom apartment to a two- bedroom apartment which was great and were nicely convenient to the pool and poolside cafe. The Bula Bus stops outside the Terraces giving easy access to the more expensive resorts.

A small criticism - there were no medium sized pots and pans, they were mostly huge - we were three adults staying. The floor rug looked like it needed a good clean (Room 220) but otherwise everything was very clean. The poolside cafe made great smoothies but the close-by Palms cafe had more choice of food.

The location is perfect, we walked down to the port every morning for breakfast and it took about 2 minutes. The room was big, the bed was comfy, the staff were great and friendly.

The couches were really uncomfortable to sit on, so we either had to sit outside on the table and chairs or lay on our bed. Something else that wasn't a major but slightly annoying was the curtain had a massive gap in it and wouldn't fully close so in the mornings if you wanted a sleep in, it wouldn't happen as you would be woken up with a bright light beaming through but overall definitely reccommend this place!

The Terraces at Denarau Apartments offers a convenient and comfortable stay, especially for families or travelers looking for a self-contained option close to everything. The location is great, right across from the Port with easy access to restaurants, shops, and day cruises, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. It is a good place to stay if you are waiting for a transfer to the Yasawas or the Mamanucas. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. It felt more like a home than a hotel, which we really appreciated for our longer stay. The pool area was a nice bonus—clean, quiet, and great for a midday cool-down.

Close to Port Denarau shopping center. Spacious unit on the ground floor with outdoor seating. Two large bedrooms that have plenty of storage . Queen size bed in the lounge as 4 friends traveling together . Short stroll to the pool . Not crowded with people, which was very pleasant for relaxing. Cafe/ bar on site looking to the golf course for some entertainment. Everything we needed with two bathrooms .. Great staff friendly and helpful.

Our group of four stayed at The Terrace and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Each room having its own bathroom, shower, and toilet was incredibly convenient. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone, and the tranquility of the environment made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, its location close to the port, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away, made everything super accessible. We also felt very safe with security personnel around and a 24/7 reception. Highly recommend this spot for group travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind!

Fab two bedroom 2 bathroom full washer and dryer huge balcony with a big 6 seater outdoor setting for BBQ. Full kitchen and dining. Linen spotless and staff very friendly. About 50 steps to all the shops and bars . Beautiful gardens and overlooks the 3rd hole o the golf course . Very surprised at this find . There is no bar or restaurant but can take all your own drinks to the very large and clean pool . Quiet atmosphere .

Actually only wish it had a bar or cafe but they are only across the road so nothing to complain about

Had a wonderful family break in a well equipped 3bed apartment. Apartment was clean and it was a great location. It was really quiet which was great for us adults but our 2 teens got a bit bored so sent them off to explore Denarau. The poolside bar/cafe isn’t open so you need to go over to Port Denarau for something to eat/drink. If you’re self catering, try to bring as much as you can before you arrive. Basics available at the Port but it’s not cheap.

The apartment was HUGE! Fabulous location across from the marina. Bula Bus came to the front door for ease of transport. The cooking facilities, bbq, dishwasher and washer/ dryer made us completely self sufficient and saved us a lot of money. The staff were so friendly and really accommodating to our requests. The kids gave the pool a good workout and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the golfers. The whole trip was great and we will definitely be back again.

We were extremely thankful for the honesty of the staff when they found important documents of ours that we had left behind but were notified that they were being held for our collection. Also, the staff were very helpful with my husband who has mobility issues. Their kindness was exceptional.

It was pretty expensive. I booked it because of its locality and my husband's mobility issues but normally I would have found it out of reach.
