I can't say enough good things about this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was ideal, with easy access to many of the city's top attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations or assistance. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, with a great menu and cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful in this nice hotel. The building is positioned perfectly, a 10 minute walk from the busy city-centre. The pool looks great, the rooms have a lot of space and the bathroom was spacious too. The rooms are cleaned every day. Overall I'd stay again.

The TV didn't work, but I was informed upfront. The breakfast is the same every day, not much selection.

Pool is the absolute highlight! So nice and secluded, a real break from a lot of busy-ness. The room was really nice, super clean, and the bathroom was modern and spotless.

The safe didn't work in my room, and the floor outside in the corridor could get REALLY slippery after rain. The staff at the bar/restaurant were not the friendliest, but in general everything was great.

Room was really spacious and clean. The pool was also clean, and towels were provided on the lounge chairs. AC worked well. Location is great, about 10 min walking to pub street with tons of restaurants. Far enough away from the action that the room is very quiet/tranquil. Staff is extremely helpful. David answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure my stay was going well.

Overall small things. If ever back, would stay here again -Would have preferred fresh bottles of water to reusable bottles. Totally understand the eco friendly aspect, but nicer when you can grab the bottle and go when needed. -The pool has a lot of children/families so it’s not a very relaxing environment most of the time. -They would do well to update or fix the furniture, the rest of the room looks really nice so it kind of sticks out like a sore thumb. -There are mosquitos in the room at times, I think they come in through the bathroom somehow, not sure

They have a super good location which is about 7min away from the centre of the city I reckon. The staff were super friendly and flexible. I mean, when I wanted to join some tour like angkor wat and so on they booked them for us. That was the most thankful things because it could be ripped off if I choose the local one. Overall, everything was awesome.

We had a breakfast at the hotel but it’s not that good. The reason being instead of spending 5 dollars on the breakfast At the hotel I would recommend I’ll have some foods at other cafe. There are some fantastic coffee restaurants which is about 10 minutes away. You can take a tuktuk.

I never get disappointed to stay here The reason I choose The Moon Residence is the best location next to my working place and it’s the only place to stay as it’s comfortable room green and relaxing quite place in the city , Absolutely recommend

The hotel room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in organising things. We booked a private tuk tuk driver through the hotel (called Vanna) to take us around for three days, to explore the temples (small tour, big tour and lady temple). Vanna was very friendly and shared some of his life stories in cambodia. He also provided us with some background/ context on the temples we saw as we were driving around. I would highly recommend taking a tour with him. The hotel is located within a short walking distance (around 8-10 mins) to the city centre (pub street, old Market etc) so was able to walk everywhere.

The water in the shower was warm, but not hot. Not a major issue as it's mostly hot weather outside.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at The Moon Residence and Spa in Cambodia. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to organise our airport pick-up and made us feel so welcome with refreshing drinks upon arrival and even after check-out while we waited for our ride. The swimming pool was the perfect size and had cool water—a fantastic way to relax on 31-degree days. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated with a thoughtful touch to welcome my husband and me, which made our stay extra special. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to Pub Street and the night market, with plenty of ATMs, restaurants, and massage services nearby. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service throughout our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Moon Residence and Spa to anyone visiting Siem Reap!
