Location is perfect. 5 mins walk from Pub street, Night markets etc. Michel, the manager is an extremely friendly guy who helped us in planning out our 3 days in Siem Reap / Angkor wat. Staff is great.. Specially Anan who also doubled us as our Tuktuk driver and was our go-to guy for everything.. Very well behaved and nice guy. Food was great. There are 6 different sets of breakfast you can order from. In that way it doesn't get repetitive. Also, the hotel would pack you your breakfast in case you're leaving early for sightseeing.. For e. g. during the Angkor Wat sunrise day. . There's a pool table also where you can chill out in the evenings with the other guests/staff over a game of snooker and few beers. Overall, highly recommended.

Rooms were nice & comfortable.. Though we got ours on the 3rd floor.. And there's no elevator nor an intercom . So you'd need to climb down 3 stories everytime you require something. Also, our AC wasn't working properly one night, so they had to change our room the next day. The swimming pool is small and okayish.

Friendly welcome, good breakfast. Nice cozy pool area. Owner and staff were very friendly staff attentive and we got some ice to cool our drink we had brought. Thumbs up!

The place was not easy to find as the name (at least the large print outside) had been changed (Villa sans souci). The place has obviously aged since the last renovation & for some reason taking a shower created a puddle to stand in in front of the wash basin, and the bathroom door was difficult to open/close (whereas since it is a sliding door it doesnt 'close close' anyway..). Nothing major, overall we liked it.

Good place to stay, if your looking for something affordable within walking distance to pubstreet, restaurants and 7-11. Tasty breakfast, great options. Staff is very polite and always tries to help. Wifi worked well for us. Relaxing small pool, water was clean and great temperature. Loved the plants surrounding the pool and the nice laying chairs and they also provided pool towels.

Hotel needs updating. Bedroom had damp marks on the walls. Bathroom the paint comes peeling off and sliding door didn't work. No shower curtain. Balcony has no chair or drying rack. Old mattrasses. They seem to cater mostly to old people, that like to drink and smoke at the bar. Hotel is located on a very busy street, without sidewalks. Worse for us was the noise, at night you can hear traffic, distant club music and loud inconsiderate guests. Hotel was pretty peaceful during the day, but not at night.

We appreciated the great diversity of breakfast choices and their quality We all liked he warm atmosphere of the hotel with a comfy reception that includes billiard, bar and various sitting arrangements We felt at home thanks to the kindness of the hotel manager and his constant support to us during the whole stay. We were 17 persons and the manager and his team gave us full attention The location was perfect - close to riverside and markets Taking breakfast near the swimming pool was very nice Great value for money As one of our group members said, our stay was as happy as the hotel name suggests it :)

This hotel was perfect for me, a solo traveler. The room was spacious and clean, and had a little balcony. The pool and lobby were inviting. The hotel staff felt like family when I left after 6 days there. They have a lovely daily breakfast included. The staff are happy to help a traveler arrange a small tour or to grab a tuk tuk and are great resources for local information. Centrally located to the center of town. Walkable. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the vibe.

I felt that the shower water temperature could be warmer.

Staff: absolutely kind, friendly and just the best people! Outstanding! Location: just some minutes out of the hustle what made it nice to walk a little. It's super central still and you got everything you need in the hotel and around anyway Food: I would say I am ashamed that we ate mostly at the hotel but actually I am not because it was just so delicious :D breakfast is awesome! Our room (top floor): just so great! It was huge, smart interior, comfortable, big bathroom, great view Pool: we didn't use it but it looked very welcoming. Was not always in the sun what is great. Also even that the hotel is central it did not look like anyone from outside can sneak peak on guest in the pool You can feel that the owner and/or management put a lot of thought into everything. We were sad to leave but happy with the memories we made :) I could continue to list things but noone would read that much. Just book your stay and you won't regret it. Biggest thank you to the lovely staff :)

Hospitality was incredible. Very attentive and lovely staff. We were welcomed with a smile and complimentary drink. The hotel organised our trip to Angkor Wat for 3 days. Our driver was super fun and provided with lots of good advice regarding the day itinerary. They also gave us complimentary late check out time as we had to wait for the night bus. Having a pool was a blessing. Great selection of breakfast items and food was tasty. We loved every second of our stay and huge thanks to all the wonderful people who work there. Our favorite place in Cambodia 💛 Highly recommended

The hotel is very well located close to restaurants and markets. We really felt at home with the reception/ dining room well arranged and cozy. We enjoyed the billiard and bar as well as the pool side Although we were a big group (17 persons). Michel the manager and his team were very attentive to our needs and flexible. The breakfast was very good with great diversity.

Marvelous friendly efficient staff. The hotel was 3 blocks from the main action in Siem Reap but it was quiet. All the amenities were better than average. Food was excellent with good value. Salute for going above and beyond to Michele, the manager.

Lovely staff, very inviting and helpful. The room was a great size and all the features worked well. Cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast was great and there was a range of choices from Asian to continental.
