Accomodation next to the beach, next to the Balcon of Europa, near to the center of Nerja. In the morning you go to the beach, in the evening you qo shopping and everything 3-5 minutes on foot. There is seaside house with 2 rooms for rent, the owner lives in the house also. The room is large, clean and tastefully furnished with kitchenette and with washing machine with dryer. No codes, or keys in boxes for entry, the owner will welcome you. I travelled with my daughter 14 days duering Spain. We visited 6 destination and changed 6 accomodations, all accomodations were good, but this was the best.

Eva was a fantastic host. She was so lovely & came & checked in on us & told us all about her history with the place which was so interesting. We had absolutely everything you could want including cooking facilities a powerful hairdryer, clothes rack & an iron plus a washer & dryer which was so handy. There is a supermarket only a few doors up. The location is amazing & you are only a few steps down to a small beach. ( Also beach chairs & umbrella provided too. ) Heaps of restaurants are so close as well. We loved our stay Thanks Eva

Eva met us at the studio, as others have already said, she is the most lovely, welcoming lady. After hearing about the history of the house, we felt very privileged to stay there. The studio is on one of the best streets in Nerja, its an excellent location for beautiful beaches, the best restaurants, and the Balcon. Eva has really thought of everything you could possibly need in a holiday studio for two. Everything is done in the best taste. It's sparkling clean, and very comfortable. The washer dryer is great. The shower is fabulous. The beds very comfy. Theres a big car park within five minutes' walk, and Eva helped us out with a discounted carparking ticket. We stay in Nerja a lot, we don't know how we haven't found this little gem before, but now that we have, we'll definitely look forward to returning soon.

There is nothing to dislike here!

We stayed for three nights in March and couldn't have asked for more from Casa Eva. The apartment is small but has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. There is plenty of storage for clothes, the bathroom is lovely with a good powerful shower and proper hairdryer! The location is perfect for the beach or center of Nerja and is quite at night. The host was responsive before and during our stay and had lots of information to share about the area. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Nerja.

There wasn't anything not to like

The location of this apartment couldn’t be better. 1 minute walk to the most gorgeous beach. Many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby. The host Eva is amazing. She greeted us, showed us the two nearby beaches and sent us multiple recommendations of eateries via WhatsApp, all of which were excellent! Any question we had she answered via WhatsApp straight away. We made good use of the beach umbrella and beach towels, as well as the washing machine and drying rack. The apartment is newly renovated and super clean. A perfect stay, thank you Eva!

Location was excellent as were facilities. Eva was very friendly and went out of her way to make us welcome. Apartment was near bars and restaurants and had beach at doorstep. Apartment was spotless and kept to high standard.

Amazing location, only a few minutes walk from a beautiful little beach and to the centre of town. Eva was so friendly and welcoming, she gave us some great tips for things to do and where to eat in the local area and organised some very reasonable parking nearby. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It has been newly renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much Eva!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Eva. The location and apartment were both amazing, only steps away from the beach and great food spots. It was a clean tidy spacious apartment with everything we needed. Eva was the best host going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our time in Nerja. We loved staying at Eva’s property. Not only spotlessly clean and everything you needed in it…. Including a washer/dryer , but in the best area of Nerja! Close to great restaurants and the beach. Better than the facility was Eva herself! She was so generous and warm, sharing stories about her family connection to the community…. We would love to return, and certainly highly recommend Casa Eva💕

The location & room had everying needed and was very comfortable and perfectly located on pretty little street within a 2 minute walk to all restaurants, views & Balcon de Europe . The room itself doesn't have a sea view, but is right next to steps down to a beach, so perfect for morning & evening swims. This is our Second time staying staying with Ava who was a perfect host and so helpful for local info of things going on and places to visit. Public transport is cheap, and easy to get to most places and if course, the weather was perfect (October). We'll definitely be coming back.
