I like that there the shower and the bathroom was separate. Also that the temperature control was on the wall

I didn't like that the volume on the television only went so high. I understand that you don't want the TV's to be too loud so they do not disturb the guest in the next room, but the volume nun on the screen keeps going up even though the volume doesn't. I would have the remote give a volume MAX reading on the TV screen, instead of the numbers just going up. TV volume is not too good and there should be a guide button to see what's showing instead of having to find the channel/s that show the guide. Which is limited by the way

Great floorplan for the room. It is bigger than the pictures show, 322 SF. It was more like a studio apartment. I loved that it had a separate room for the toilet and another one for the shower and sink. It also had a night light in the bathroom. I LOVED that. I always stumble around in the dark in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I wish more hotels had nightlights. The breakfast and breakfast room was well equipped. We also had a surprise visit from a buck 🦌 and 2 doe whitetail deer when we were parking the car. I was surprised to see them so close to the city. Thank you for the enjoyable stay! I would stay there again.

It was all GREAT!

Location was great for getting quickly to restaurants, shopping center, parks and touristic places.

As this is a close to touristic places location, there's a lot a noise from other guests when they arrive in the night, or leave early in the morning. The sound insolution is poor in general. The room that we got had no privacy when going to the WC, sound wise.. There's some remodeling going on Floor 4 which could wake you up early from loud bangs or steps. The pool is small.

My family of six had a great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a variety of options, which is something you don’t always find at other hotels. Plus, the price for the room was very reasonable. Overall, we were really happy with our experience.

The only thing I didn't quite like was the traffic around the hotel area, but it wasn't too bad overall. San Antonio is a big city, so I can't complain much about that.

I loved our room with a seperate toliet from the shower area. I love that it had a bath tub and a nice breakfast every morning.

I called for service and they came later when I had to do a zoom call they didn’t come back till the next day but still didn’t vacuum some powdered cereal that spilled on rug. also, first night I asked for a new coffee maker that seemed to be missing a part. it was never addressed. couldn’t get anyone on guest service line. finally I saw a cleaner across the way and he exchanged the pot for me. the new pods don’t fit the machine I had. that was the problem.

Very clean and beds comfortable

I booked three rooms at once under my name. When my son arrived first he was not able to check in…I was in flight and when I tried to call the front desk I couldn’t locate the desk number in the website or internet anywhere. I got a worldwide reservation system which was extremely frustrating and totally useless.

Breakfast was excellent and location was very accessible. Enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom is set up weird the toilet and shower are fine but the location is weird right in front of our beds. Plus the vent didn’t work so everyone could hear when someone was in the toilet so we had to increase the volume of the tv. Never seen such a weird location for a bathroom.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff just never had coins for laundry room and house keeper only went to take out trash one time in 4 days. When asked for clean towels man in front told me they didn’t have any because they were all washing. Other than that I had no issues

Breakfast was great! It was over my expectations. Didn't know that the hotel provided hot breakfast which I really enjoyed every mornings when my family and I were there.

The room I rented is not as big as the one I rented before.

Brittany,Front desk was absolutely exceptional , She helped Me, answered all my questions, her customer service skills are fantastic . Hotell itself was Great, rooms were clean, all the amenities were on point. We will be booking with this Hotel again
