The staff were amazing. Peggy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Luciana brought us our first drink in the lobby and took care of us at the pool. Juan was our waiter at the beach. He is so friendly and always had a smile on his face. He was very attentive to all the guests and new our order immediately without asking after the first time we had a non drinker with us and he always brought her a version of what we were drinking without alcohol. Luis was our waiter the first night at dinner then during breakfast at the buffet. He was on point. Always filling our Yeti’s with ice for the day and catering to all our needs. He was always smiling and funny. Sexy Bobby was so much fun. We met him the first night and he always said hello at the pool. Getting us to join in on the fun. Issac was great at getting everyone going at the pool and so friendly. Luis at the lobby was so nice always getting us a shuttle to our restaurant and when we had to wait more than a few minutes for one he took us himself. All the staff were amazing.

The food was ok. I expected more from the ala cart restaurants. The beds were very uncomfortable.

The staff was a big highlight. Peggy at the front desk, Charina and Juan at the beach, Luis at the Mediterranean/buffet were absolutely fantastic. Entertainment group with Joel(Sexy Bobby) and Isaac were always very engaging and a lot of fun. Poolside bartender( I think his name was Justin) always on top of drinks and engaging.

Beds were rock hard. Inconsistent service and quality of food at the reserved restaurants. Not enough waiters at the beach(other than Juan) or poolside, majority of the time we had to get drinks.

The property and food were all good in general

The staff was AMAZING. A handful were not very pleasant to deal with but; I guess there is always a few rotten apples in every box. The rest were the most beautiful, kind, helpful, hard working people.

The restaurant with the wood planks by the entrance lobby. The buffet where the food is kept is like an ice refrigerator. The food was very cold and taste Terrible. the property, Is absolutely beautiful. However, it's a little overwhelming. there are multiple resorts on the property. Some adult only, and the others were family with children. Because is a non controlled environment, your adult only Experience, is converted into a family oriented experience which is not what we wanted or expected.

Room was spacious, but needs updating, especially the bathroom. The pool was large and warm. The buffet was very good with many choices. Ala Cartes were good. I didn’t like the up charge for specials at the ala cartes, as well as extra charge for premium liquor. I’d rather pay a few extra dollars for my booking and have everything included, the true meaning of “all inclusive.” I liked the size of the whole resort, as it gave nice options for walking. We didn’t feel the need to use the trolley system.

My only real complaint at this resort is the beach. While it is beautiful, the small roped-off sections for each hotel are small, crowded and have too few chairs. This is probably the only reason I would not choose to go back to this resort.

Everything in the hotel is amazing and we had a great time there. The room was always clean, and it was huge. The restaurants had all types of food and drinks and the many bars around the hotel and beach makes it easy to keep on enjoying. The atmosphere was always quiet, perfect for resting. Even when the beach can be a little bit far, there are golf cars that take you there and they were constant. Finally, the GYM was great and the coaches were great.

Most rooms only have one bed and we asked for a room with two rooms. Even when the hotel chain has many branches with different names and they are connected, nonetheless in the restaurant Dhali we were treated poorly and the answer was that we were staying in another hotel and that it was the host's problem. He was so rude.

Nice pool with a bar, loads of restaurants to book using the app which was nice, some of the staff were super friendly and funny, there's a shuttle to take you to the beachfront and you can use some of the other connected resort pools if you wish. Buffet was pretty good, definitely a LOT of food. Huge bed and great AC in the room.

The mini fridge wasn't restocked daily like they said they would; we had to order water multiple times to the room. Some of the staff weren't the friendliest but I imagine they're just a bit sick of tourists. Some of the buffet food wasn't amazing. Some of the dishes described in the restaurants didn't have all their ingredients as advertised. Walls were very thin so you could hear anyone walking down the corridor - bring earplugs as they don't have any to give you!

The staff was very kind, the food quality, the restaurant options and cleanliness of the property.

The property can me renovated to have a modern look. The stairs need to be fixed. There wasn’t elevators. The drink’s quality can be better.

The staff was great. The beaches are simply amazing, they have trams that take you, or you can walk there in about 10 minutes. The food was decent, the desserts were good. They had really good entertainment as well. Live singer most nights, a really cool fire show one night.

My room location wasn't the best. Very out of the way, I would recommend getting a room that has a pool view. The water pressure for the handheld shower is abysmal.
