Most of the facilities were good. Shower and changing room facilities upon checkout were really good. After checked out ,use of all the facilities was a great option.

Room need freshen up. TV did not work all week. Bathroom fan was not working. On top of all very small choice for vegetarian food. . We really struggled. Language barrier need to be addressed. to be a international business, especially need more English speaking staff.

Hotel was so good , we really enjoyed time . 😍 pool area very nice .

-check in so long , around 30 min did take time , after long flight it was bit annoying -staff don’t talk English , even not trying ( only in reception ok ) -when I was walk alone in mornings to breakfast, staff who clean up gardens etc , was shocking . They where calling me like - “ hey babe , are you single “ don’t think that is right for customers - food was nice, but often was cold

very loud music everywhere, no calm area, uncoordinated long lasting Check-in processes, room keys continuously mal function, inefficient reservation of restaurants which are excellent (Indian!)

Everything was great. Food, location, room service and much more was excellent.

Almost all pool and beach bars closed at 6 pm. Not cool at all. And after 12 am everything was closed.

The seating area in the main reception was beautiful. Plenty of loungers and tables on the terrace at the beach. The food in the buffet was excellent. The evening entertainment was of a high quality. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Effective AC Can't wait to go back. Thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to create such a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

I would like to caveat the comments below with the disclaimer that I fully appreciate these are first world problems in comparison to the living conditions of many of the residents of the DR and perhaps some of the staff that may even work in the hotel too. They were minor and did not in any way detract from our enjoyment of our holiday. The drawers in the bedroom had broken runners so couldn't be used. Safe in one of the rooms wasn't working.

The food and the service in the restaurant were really great. Ala Cart and Buffet like almost every hour you can eat. 😀 Our room is big and the Hotel Cleaner is super great, everyday she maintained to clean our room. Lots of things to make inside the resort, entertainment every night is cool.

The thing that I really don't like is that most of the staff in the Hotel even the Receptionist of the Guest area can't speak well English. For us who doesn't speak spanish or even understand a single bit, its really hard to communicate. The aircon of the room is also low that you sweat sometimes in the night. The shop inside the Hotel is really Overprice! So i suggest if you decide to go in General to Punta Cana you have to bring important things with you for the beach and also some chips for kids 😂

Nice swimming pools.

Gourmet restaurant were full and we were not able to make a reservation. Reception managed to reserve for us and when we arrive the restaurant were half full.

the property was amazing, very kid & adult friendly whether couple or family. lots to do & the trans available to transport you around facility to the front lobby to the beach is so convenient. lots to do from club there, casino, water park, pools, and beach

wish there was more tequila options for us tequila lovers and the reception desk needs a lot of work, so unorganized, it took us 2 hours to check-in, no organization or communication to help those waiting or make the process faster & the check-out process is available to do online HOWEVER you still need to get a ticket at check- out & gotta wait the line which is ridiculous. only big complaint is for them to make their check-in/ out process more convenient

Beach, services and food were above my expectation. The resort is very green and look gorgeous.

the room was a little bit old but nothing to worry about.
