Friendly, courteous staff. Room quiet, clean, very comfortable. Free breakfast, and airport shuttle. We've stayed at almost every other place in the area and this, though slightly higher priced was well worth it. We will defiantly stay there when we fly out of Oakland.

Restaurant could be a bit better staffed, but food was good.

The restaurant on site had great meals. We ate there for dinner and then grabbed breakfast the next morning. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. The shuttle bus from the Oakland airport was on time for both to and from the airport.

For business travelers, this hotel has easy access from airport and free shuttle service to and from airport for hotel guests.Their restaurant on-site for breakfast or dinner makes it easy so no need to leave if you don't want to. Restaurant was good but be prepared for dinner prices $25-$40pp on average. The bed and room overall was comfortable and efficient for short trip. Pool has limited hours so depending on your meetings and flights, this may not be an option.

The clerk at the reservation desk was able to give me a room with a walk in shower

The walk-in shower floor is somewhat slippery. For an older adult like me (86) it was a little scary. My walk-in shower at home is not slippery. Having said that, the pull-down bench made it less scary. Also, the shower head is on a bar that allows the shower head to be moved up and down. The adjustment needs to be replaced or repaired.

It's a very welcoming atmosphere. We were thrilled that our dog could stay with us and there were lots of places for him to exercise. The location was perfect, so near to the Oakland Airport. The room was nice, not outstanding but very nice.

The parking situation is extremely vague--we payed for parking but getting in and out required talking to the attendant (who was very nice) But everything worked out.

The staff helped fix some of the issues with the booking.

The request for an accessible room was not handled with the reservation. My pillow smelled like sweat.

The room was adorable with garden view and lil patio with chairs and table I ate breakfast one morning outside layed in the grass right outside my room and read a book.. garden view I a must h h Ave for me now.

I like the size of the room and the location of our hotel. The staff was great and really helpful. The booking process was very easy and getting to the hotel was extremely easy as well. Great experience overall.

We requested a non-smoking room; however, when we checked into our room, it was obvious that people have been smoking in the room. It is defitnitely something I did not appreciated as I have a family members who suffers from lung complications.

This is our fifth stay at Hilton Oakland Airport. It’s close to the airport and has a reliable shuttle service. There is a nice bar/restaurant that serves good food in a comfortable environment. The rooms are clean and in our experience, quiet. The hotel and food service staff are extremely kind and helpful.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was so close to the airport, but you couldn't even hear it. The rooms were clean and large. I also liked that the rooms were carpeted. I know many people don't like that, but it keeps the room warmer. The staff were helpful and courteous.

I don't love paying so much for parking, especially when we had handicapped parking. Also, I think that extended parking plans should be available even if the room was booked through a third party.
