The location is right on the highway. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel looks new and the rooms look modern, the room was clean. Room size is okay. The bed was comfortable and the lights in the room were plenty and bright. The A/C is very quiet.

No tissues in the room. Very few bottles of shampoo were provided it was barely enough for two people for only one night! The bathroom door can't be locked. The pillows are small. The soundproofing is not great, there was a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms.

Was nice .Although elevator was out of order.I should’ve mentioned about severely disabled sister inn law traveling with us .Being on the 3 rd floor.Wasn’t going to work .Got a full refund.Got referred to Quality Inn up the road, a wonderful discount 40% discount from Choice Hotels umbrella! Very happy in the service.To have suitable accommodation at Quality Inn on Franklin Road.

The property was spotless and meticulously maintained. The young lady at the front desk who greeted me was exceptionally polite, helpful, and kind. My room was also very clean, organized, and well-kept. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious! Of all the hotels I've stayed in this past week, this was my absolute favorite, and I'll certainly be recommending it.

The staff was amazing, it was very clean, and we were spoke to every time we came in. I enjoyed the stay and would book here again.

The breakfast was very delicious and I liked it but they only really served waffles, sausage, and eggs. I would have loved if they had different options or choices. Other than that everything was great.

Very clean, updated modern room. The bathroom was spotless. The towels and washcloths appeared new; they were thick, nice towels, not those super thin scratchy cheap ones.

The breakfast area had a decent selection, but there was no one working it. Items were not replenished, and the 2 small trash cans were overflowing to the point trash was being placed on the floor.

friendly and efficient staff--even though we arrived very late, the woman at the desk whose name I didn't get unfortunately, was expecting us and made a quick check in with a smile. Upon departure Kisha was also friendly and efficient.

the heater in the room was a bit noisy. Probably could have been fixed but we were too tired to address it.

We left a little before 6 so we missed breakfast. Appreciated that bottled water was available. We liked that the location was not far off 75 but we wished there would have been better restaurant choices near the hotel.

We were in bed by 9:00 as we wanted to get up early. The room was noisy; could hear people outside our door and the traffic outside.

The breakfast was amazing, never knew liquid are powered eggs whichever they were could be season to perfection and the link sausage didn't taste like soy beans lol. Over all our stay was good.

The only issue I had was our rooms weren't cleaned and restocked with towels, reason given it was a busy weekend.

The ring was clean and so was all of the hotel that we went in.Best school you get back here

I wish that it would have had a bench or something in the handicap tub because it wasn't a handicapped tub iIt was just a tub with two handicap bars

Actually the breakfast was much better than we expected. It was a hot breakfast not just muffins and bagels. Eggs were fresh and the sausage warm. It was ready when promised and we were on a time schedule so that was wonderful.
