Great choice of food, which was presented in a lovely way Lovely staff and very clean everywhere
Nothing really. It is a self check in system, which may not be for everyone but it was fine for me. I did however struggle with all the stairs to my room. I have arthritis in my legs so I found no it hard to get my bag to my room which was on the top floor. As you don’t see staff on arrival, there was no one to help me. It’s worth noting, that if you have a mobility issue, then maybe this isn’t the best place to stay

Totally exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the marina with beautiful views. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet in the rooms. The bed was very comfy, room was very spacious and wowed us with the lovely decor. Furniture really felt boutique. Lots of space for luggage and storage. Bathroom was gorgeous, shower was hot with good pressure. Spotlessly clean. Generous selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate in room. Continental breakfast was very generous with lots on offer. Loved that they didn't waste food and encouraged guests to help themselves to what didn't go at breakfast. The staff were very attentive polite and kind. Check in was super easy with great communication throughout Can't wait to stay again! We will be back.
Nothing.

We have stayed at Hebden Townhouse previously for our first anniversary for one night. This time we stayed for two nights on our third anniversary. As this was a planned surprise for my fiance' I'd arranged a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival and was surprised to be given a room upgrade at no extra cost, however, inspite of the room being upgraded I did feel a little disappointed in the size, the room was exceptional in itself with gorgeous furnishings & a beautiful bathroom, but, I did feel the room we stayed in previously (room 11 *Old Town* I believe) seemed far bigger & had both a bath plus a shower with walk around storage area/hanging space. The room we were allocated had a freestanding bath with mixer tap/shower but no suitable area to actually use the shower facility unless sitting in the bath. Lighting coukd have been somewhat better too, no loghting directly above mirrors to aid with being able to see. The previous room was also situated towards the rear of the building, not as much a lovely view as room 8 was, but, far quieter from the main road noise & noise from customers in both bars at either side of the hotel. Inspite of myself preferring our previous room to this particular one, the stay was lovely nonetheless, the beds are super comfortable & the linen is quality. The staff were friendly & smiley, the hotel itself is lovely with fabulous decor, the stairwell imparticular i find amusing 😊 The room was clean & airy & the hotel itself (inspite of the road & bars which we did know about) is in a prime spot for bars, restaurants & the train station, with bus stops on the doorstep along with being directly opposite the stunning marina. I also like the fact that the hotel is unmanned on arrival, just pop in the door code & away you go. We will hopefully be staying again, fingers crossed it won't be two years between stays next time though. Thank you Hebden Team for a wonderful stay 🙌

Hebden Townhouse is in a perfect location if travelling into Hebden by train or car. The train station is only a few minutes walk away, however we drove and used the public carpark across the road which was relatively cheap too. Before arrival, the host sent us a welcome message and helpful suggestions for choosing a car park which was great! I downloaded the app before arrival which made parking a lot quicker and easier. The hotel itself is located on the main road into Hebden and sits either side of 2 very busy bars. We were initially worried it was going to be too loud when trying to sleep, however we arrived back to the hotel at around 12am and both bars were already closed, I believe there is a strict cut off time for bars/pubs in Hebden and they don't stay open all night! Our room was perfect; spacious and very clean with all the amenities we could wish for. The bathroom was very big, and so was the shower! The shower gel and moisturisers were a lovely added touch. The bed was super big and comfy and we had a room right on the front, overlooking the canal. We did not have breakfast in the morning, but upon check out we were greeted by our host and the newest member of the team, 11 week old Labrador puppy, Molly!

The location was, excellently, sited for the all day event we were attending at the Picture House across the road and was in the heart of the town, within an easy, walking, flat distance to a lovely restaurant for our evening meal. The breakfast was of an exceptionally high standard for a self-service continental one, with freshly boiled eggs, cheese and ham. There was a plethora of cereals, fancy yoghurts, pastries and muffins, as well as a multitude of accompaniments for bread rolls or toast, which included little pots of jams and honey on every table, as well as Nutella, Marmite and other sachets. There were options for dietary needs as well. Thumbs up! We were served in a relaxed, friendly and very efficient manner with our hot drinks - made, freshly, in individual teapots - by the waitress. She, usually, ask their name(s) but forgot to on this occasion. But, She did thank her. Check-in was faultless. Although, She did push the outside door after putting the code in, instead of pulling it, initially. It was also nice to have 2 easy chairs to sit in and watch a bit of tv. We will, definitely, stay there again. Undoubtedly.
Nothing.

Well appointed rooms, the property in general is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic for all the towns amenities and carparks and right next door to the Vocation tap room, which was a bonus. Breakfast was good with plenty of options as long as you're not craving a full English as it's just continental style.
I liked the idea of the bedside USB sockets but they did seem a little temperamental in use but we did find a couple of standard plug sockets, eventually ( not all the sockets in the room use a standard 3 pin plug). Not so much an issue for us but just be aware that the property is surrounded by pubs and bars, two to the front and one at the rear which may not suit everyone especially if you're after an early night, but noise levels drop significantly around 11pm

Excellent location, a three minute walk from the centre. Pubs in three sides, if you are that way inclined. Bed was comfortable, and there is free parking (after 8pm until 8am, and 80p/h at other times, close by. Easy access via key-pad. Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast time. Nice continental breakfast.
The room was a little small, but given that this was a converted 19th century townhouse in an industrial town, I sort of expected it, for a single person, so not really a complaint. It was plenty big enough for me. You have to remember to lock your door (which is probably good, if you are prone to leaving your keys in the room), but again, that is not a problem as there's two locked doors between the room and the outside world. There seemed to be a karaoke going on in one of the pubs, but, thankfully, that stopped about 9:30pm, and all was good, thereafter.

Room was very well decorated with nice furniture. very handy location for the centre. Breakfast was very good quality. Very good communication leading up to the trip.
The parking in Hebden Bridge is terrible so it's best to get the train there if possible. We waited 45 mins (Sat lunchtime) to try and get a space at 1 of the 5 car parks, then had to travel out of town to fine something which wasn't ideal. Was lucky to eventually get a space near the hotel later on (5PM) when we returned. Very handy car park next to the hotel but small so be prepared to arrive early.

The location was great and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Our Rooms 3 and 4 were beautifully appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially Billie, nothing was too much trouble. Our continental breakfast was lovely and had a great choice of foods available.
There is literally only one thing! It would be nice on arrival if someone could carry your bags upstairs. We aren't as young as we were and it was hard work taking our bags upstairs. There is a number you can ring for help and with hind sight we should have rung. Billie was very happy to help us with our bags on departure so am sure she would've happily helped us take the bags to our room 😊😊. Thank you again Billie!

My second stay here. Fabulous central location within 2 mins walk of long stay parking facilities. Rooms were very comfortable & spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to have chilled water and fresh milk to take to your room. Good range and quality of items available for continental breakfast. Despite being surrounded by 3 pubs there was no noise/disturbance from outside during the evenings. Will definitely book again.
Only a preference but would prefer to have a pot/cafetiere of coffee at breakfast rather than having to ask staff to make another cup. That said, staff were very happy to make these.
