The hotel is located in a great spot for travelers, next to cable cars that will take you up to the snowy mountains or down to the green village below, with great hiking trails all around in different difficulty levels. You can travel through the entire area by car, using this spot as your hub. The hotel staff is friendly and will provide all the information you need. The morning breakfast is very generous and the hotel operates a great restaurant and bar. So, if you are looking for an end-of-the-day beer or a good dinner, you have come to the right place.

the hotel is beautiful, located in the heart of the village, right next to cable cars. It was clean and everything looked new. Personnel was very kind, food was good. What I particularly liked were the little kindnesses like finding out my name was placed at the parking lot, so I had no troubles parking the car, table was being reserved under my name for dinner, extremely nice Spanish housekeeping girls on my floor etc.

it was a bit hot in the room. But I was there in the mid of the heat wave.

- There is no telephone in the room - There is no slippers for the bathroom - The breakfast is delicious but there is no many options

Location and cleanliness. Staff in general are good, however, a little bit of more welcoming personality from some (especially at the restaurant) will be nicer. Stayed for 4 nights, a couple of times I felt not welcome from the way I was looked at. But to be fair, at least 2 from the restaurant staff were amazing. I also liked the access to the cable car next to the hotel. Everything was ready at check in, the reception team are very professional.

One thing can be improved. The bed mattress is not comfortable.

Best customer care ever, we arrived late and found out they reserved a parking place and table for dinner, super helpful personel, everything was great. Exccelent location, right near the cable installation (access to which was included in the price for the summer). The playgrpund near the hotel is a great asset when travelling with kids.

The team and how friendly they were. All the time. Early morning at breakfast and for dinner in the evening they were all still going around with a smile. Next to it is the location near the Bergbahnen that make it an excellent spot to stay certainly with the free entrance you get. Further the room was spacious, clean and with a great view. Bathroom shower in particular was very good. So all in all hardly anything to complain about.

The fact I had to leave and the weather that was not always cooperative.

Nice and large super clean room and bathroom. Comfortable terrace with a wonderful view. Very friendly welcome at the reception. Parking in the garage in the shade. I could even charge my E Car

Room was really too hot in spite of very cool nights, The window is small and there is not much air circulation even if it is wide open at night and closed when sun is shining. The road was a bit noisy during the day although there was not much traffic. You would hope that there would be more trees and green to absorb noise and sun. Breakfast was relatively basic. I would have preferred fresh fruits and or freshly prepared eggs rather than salmon and procesco. Service at breakfast was also minimalist.

The hotel does not have air conditioning. No fan in the room either. There were a lot of flies in the dining room and in the area in general

the view and the fact that it close to the lift

we were at summer and it was very hot, there was no air conditioning or even a fan to help cool down the room! as summer becomes warm it is important to have those options

Superb hotel and highly recommend. No flaws to indicate and the staffs were extremely friendly/helpful. Highly recommended. Jacqueline was exceptional with our sking and cheese fondue request.
