The manager Jessica was fantastical. She went more than out of her way for us not once but twice ! Unfortunately when checking in the front kiosk wouldn't accept our money and they had to call and wake her up on her day off. Thank you so much Jessica I hope they see how hard you work and what an amazing asset you are!

The front kiosk wouldn't except out money at check in and had to wake up the manager on her time off. I hope she gets extra for that. Even though she said and acted like it was ok. I still felt bad I hate waking anyone up especially when it's time off.

I ate breakfast once, It was Good. the location is ok, Can get pretty loud at times, But don’t bother me to much

There’s really nothing, Staff are amazing. Other then built up smoke residue on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom that drips when showering. But I clean myself so I got a lot of it off.

The front of house person was pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with her. The beds were comfortable and clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave.

The bathroom and furnishings are outdated needs attention. I could not operate the shower handle to take shower. It was a little uncomfortable. It was either a hot or cold shower. The bathroom needs total rehab.

I have never used a kiosk check in and the gentleman helping us was awesome.

A lot of cop activity in the parking lot but it was a plus since they sat near our car and that made me comfortable to leave my car in the parking lot.

I paid for a king bed with kitchenette but stayed in a 2 queen bed room cuz it's all that was available so I should get 2 more nights please Ho so I contact

The gentleman who helped us at check-in was kind. We had a slight hiccup with the fridge in our room - he came and fixed it for us right away.

The televisions were pretty dated and the shower was a bit small, but no major complaints.

Room was very clean. The furnishings were very basic but comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Sink was slow to empty. Room could use a comfy chair. There's no guide for the television channels.

The staff are phenomenal and professional.

Bathroom was a bit small and the shower didn’t have much water pressure.

I lived in St. Helens 9 yrs ago. It was nice to see the change in the hotel. I will come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Floor needs yo be swept and mopped better.

Most the staff was great. Bed was comfortable.

No coffee pots in rooms so you have to bring your own, one customer has their dog tied up outside all day and night outside their room with barely any interaction from owners. Very saddening. That poor dog was in same spot, and room as last visit over 2 months ago.
